بررسي و ارائه راهكارهاي طراحي همساز با اقليم در نواحي گرم و مرطوب بر مبناي معماري سنتي در ساختمان هاي جديد مسكوني (مورد مطالعه: سواحل سيستان و بلوچستان)

Investigating and presenting climate-friendly design solutions in hot and humid areas based on traditional architecture in new residential buildings(Case study: Sistan and Baluchestan coast)

جنوب ايران و سواحل جنوبي ايران كه به وسيله رشته كوه‌ها از فلات مركزي جدا شده‌اند، در اقليم گرم و مرطوب قرار دارند. در اين مناطق تفاوت دماي هواي سطح خشكي و سطح دريا باعث به وجود آمدن نسيم‌هاي دريا و خشكي مي‌شود؛ اما اين نوع بادها به نوار باريك ساحلي محدود مي‌شود و هوا در مناطق داخلي، آرام و سرعت باد- در صورتي كه وجود داشته باشد بسيار كم است. در واقع هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، شناخت معيارهاي موثر طراحي در اقليم گرم و مرطوب با تاكيد بر اقليم سيستان و بلوچستان، بوده است. در اين پژوهش از روش كاربردي-توسعه اي براي نيل به اهداف استفاده شده است. مي‌توان از خصوصيات آب و هوايي اين كرانه به ميزان ريزش باران ساليانه بسيار اندك، اغلب بارندگي در فصول پاييز و خصوصاً زمستان است اشاره كرد. هواي بسيار گرم و مرطوب در تابستان و معتدل در زمستان، رطوبت هوا بسيار زياد در تمام فصول سال، همچنين اختلاف كم درجه حرارت بين شب و روز، شور بودن آب‌هاي زيرزميني در اكثر مناطق و نيز پوشش بسيار كم گياهي از ديگر خصوصيات اين مناطق است. در جهان امروز با وجود تكنولوژي هاي جديد ديگر ساختمان سازي مشكلات و محدوديت هاي گذشته را نداردو تقريبا براي هر سليقه اي مي توان ساختمان ساخت. آنچه كه اهميت دارد، ايجاد ساختمان هايي است كه علاوه بر تطابق با تكنولوژي روز، با معماري بومي هر منطقه مطابقت داشته باشند و از طريق صرفه جويي در مصرف انرژي، معماري ما را به سمت پايداري سوق دهند.

The south of Iran and the southern coasts of Iran, which are separated from the central plateau by mountain ranges, are located in hot and humid climates. In these areas, the difference between the temperature of the land surface and the sea level causes sea and land breezes; But these types of winds are limited to the narrow coastal strip, and the air indoors is calm and the wind speed - if any, is very low. In fact, the purpose of this study was to identify the effective design criteria in hot and humid climates with emphasis on the climate of Sistan and Baluchestan. In this research, an application-development method has been used to achieve the goals. One of the climatic characteristics of this coast is the amount of very little annual rainfall, most of which is in autumn and especially in winter. Very hot and humid weather in summer and mild in winter, very high humidity in all seasons, as well as low temperature differences between night and day, salinity of groundwater in most areas and very little vegetation are other characteristics of these areas. . In today's world, despite new technologies, construction does not have the problems and limitations of the past, and it is possible to build a building for almost any taste. What is important is to create buildings that, in addition to adapting to modern technology, conform to the indigenous architecture of each region and lead our architecture to sustainability through energy savings.
