Ranking of villages in Dinevar rural district of Sahneh county in Kermanshah Province

عدم‌تعادل و نابرابري در زمينه ارائه و توزيع خدمات و نبود توجه به ظرفيت‌هاي محيطي از جمله مشكلات اساسي مناطق روستايي است. براي پي بردن به ميزان و علل اين نابرابري‌ها، لازم است بررسي دقيق و همه‌جانبه‌اي از وضعيت توزيع خدمات در نواحي روستايي صورت گيرد تا با توجه به وضع موجود و شناخت ظرفيت‌ها و توان نواحي در جهت برنامه‌ريزي توسعه نواحي روستايي اقدام شود. هدف تحقيق بررسي و رتبه بندي روستاهاي دهستان دينور شهرستان صحنه استان كرمانشاه بر اساس مدل تاپسيس فازي است. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت، از نوع توصيفي-تحليلي مي‌باشد كه با استفاده از روش پيمايشي و ابزار پرسشنامه انجام گرفته است. داده‌هاي جمع‌آوري شده نيز با استفاده از نرم‌افزار EXCEL ، SPSS تحليل شدند. در اين پژوهش، محقق با به كار بردن شاخص-هاي توسعه در ابعاد مختلف ( زيربنايي، اقتصادي، آموزشي-فرهنگي، بهداشتي-درماني و...) به بررسي نحوه توزيع فضايي امكانات و خدمات و همچنين عوامل مؤثر بر نظام توزيع خدمات در روستاهاي دهستان دينور و رتبه‌بندي آنها با استفاده از روش TOPSIS FUZZY پرداخته است. جامعه آماري نيز شامل تمامي 43 روستاي داراي سكنه دهستان دينور مي‌باشد كه به روش تمام‌شماري مورد بررسي قرار گرفته‌اند. با توجه به نتايج پژوهش، روستاهاي اين دهستان در 22 سطح، رتبه‌بندي شدند و ميانراهان به عنوان تنها گزينه برخوردار، رتبه نخست توسعه را در بين روستاها به خود اختصاص داده و در مقابل پيرقاسم محروم‌ترين نقطه روستايي در اين دهستان مي‌باشد.

Imbalances and inequalities in the provision and distribution of services and lack of attention to the environmental capacity are the major problems of rural areas. To realize the extent and causes of these inequalities, an exact and thorough investigation of the status of service delivery in these areas is necessary for planning rural development based on the current situation and identification of potentials and capacities in these areas. This research is practical in purpose and descriptive-analytic in nature. It is conducted by using survey methods and questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS software, EXCEL. In this study, the researcher worked out with the various aspects of development indicators (infrastructure, economic, educational, cultural, health, etc.) to investigate the method of spatial distribution of facilities and services, as well as factors affecting the distribution of services in rural areas of Dinevar and to rank them using TOPSIS FUZZY method. The results of this study show that two factors, drylands and the distance to the center of the village did not have related with status of service delivery in the rural areas. Also, according to the results of the study, the villages of this rural district were ranked in 22 levels and Mianrahan, as their only option, ranks first for the development among the villages and in contrast PirGhasem is the most deprived area in this village.
