بررسي ميزان سواد اطلاعاتي كتابداران كتابخانه هاي عمومي شهرستان كاشان بر اساس مدل انجمن كتابداران آمريكا

Investigating the level of information literacy of librarians in Kashan public libraries based on the model of the American Librarians Association

هدف هدف اصلي اين پژوهش بررسي ميزان سواداطلاعاتي كتابداران كتابخانه هاي عمومي شهرستان كاشان با توجه به استانداردهاي مدل سواد اطلاعاتي انجمن كتابداران آمريكا بوده است. روش پژوهش اين پژوهش از نوع توصيفي بوده و روش آن به صورت پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش 40 نفر كتابداران كتابخانه هاي عمومي شهرستان كاشان بود كه تمامي افراد به عنوان نمونه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. جمع آوري داده ها از طريق توزيع پرسشنامه بر اساس سه مولفه جايابي، ارزيابي و استفاده موثر از اطلاعات صورت گرفته است. روايي پرسشنامه از طريق كسب نظراز اساتيد و صاحب نظران و مقدار آلفاي كرونباخ جهت پايايي پرسشنامه، برابر 88/0محاسبه گرديده و تحليل داده ها در سطح آمار توصيفي و استنباطي با استفاده از نرم افزار Spss19 صورت گرفته است يافته ها نتايج اين پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه متوسط مهارت جايابي اطلاعات كتابداران كتابخانه هاي عمومي شهر كاشان برابر 343/2 و متوسط مهارت ارزيابي اطلاعات كتابداران كتابخانه هاي عمومي شهر كاشان برابر 308/2 بوده و در سطح مطلوبي مي باشد. همچنين، مهارت استفاده موثراز اطلاعات آن ها نيز برابر 025/2 است كه نشان از نامطلوب بودن اين مهارت در كتابداران كتابخانه هاي عمومي كاشان دارد. در نهايت، متوسط سواداطلاعاتي كتابداران كتابخانه هاي عمومي شهر كاشان برابر 287/2 بوده كه نشان مي دهد وضعيت سواداطلاعاتي نمونه مور دمطالعه در سطح مطلوبي مي باشد. نتيجه گيري بر اساس نتايج پژوهش حاضر، سطح سواد اطلاعاتي كتابداران كتابخانه هاي عمومي كاشان در وضعيت مطلوبي قراردارد.

Objective: The main purpose of this study is to investigate the level of information literacy of librarians in Kashan public libraries based on the standards of the information literacy model of the American Librarians Association. Methodology: This research is descriptive and used survey method. The Statistical Society of this study is 40 librarians of public libraries in Kashan, all of whom have been studied as a sample. Data collection was done through the distribution of a questionnaire based on the three components of location, evaluation and effective use of information. The validity of the questionnaire was calculated by obtaining the opinions of professors and experts and the Cronbach's alpha value for the reliability of the questionnaire was equal to 0/88 and the data were analyzed at the level of descriptive and inferential statistics using Spss19 software. Resultss: The results of this study show that the average information emplacement skills of librarians of public libraries in Kashan is equal to 2/343 and the average skill of evaluating the information of librarians of public libraries in Kashan is equal to 2/308 and is at a desirable level. Also, the skill of effective use of their information is equal to 2/025, which shows that this skill is undesirable in librarians of Kashan public libraries. Finally, the average information literacy of librarians in public libraries in Kashan was equal to 2/287, which shows that the information literacy status of the sample is at a desirable level. Conclusion: According to the results of the present study, the information literacy status of librarians of public libraries in Kashan is at a desirable level.
