ﻫﺪف: ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ اﻃﻼﻓﺮﻳﻨﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﻳﺠﺎد ﻛﺴﺐ و ﻛﺎر اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﻲ از دﻳﺪﮔﺎه ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺪاران ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﻠﻲ ج.ا.ا اﺳﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮدي ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ روش ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ- ﭘﻴﻤﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ي ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. از ﺑﻴﻦ 320 ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺪار ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﻠﻲ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﺑﺎ 95 ﺿﺮﻳﺐ اﻃﻤﻴﻨﺎن و 5 ﺧﻄﺎ 132 ﻧﻔﺮ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﻛﻪ 128 ﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ را ﺗﻜﻤﻴﻞ ﻧﻤﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﻲ و ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار اس ﭘﻲ اس اس ﺑﻬﺮه ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: از دﻳﺪﮔﺎه ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺪاران ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﻠﻲ ﻣﻴﺰان ﺗﻬﻴﻪ و ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﻲ ﺟﻬﺖ اﻃﻼﻓﺮﻳﻨﻲ )39%(؛ ﻣﻴﺰان ﺑﺎزارﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﻲ در ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﻠﻲ )47%(؛ ﻣﻴﺰان آﺷﻨﺎﻳﻲ ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺪاران ﺑﺎ ﻓﻨﺎوري ﻫﺎ و ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺎي اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﻲ اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻣﻨﻔﻲ ﻧﻴﺰ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻣﻴﺰان ﺗﺮﻏﻴﺐ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮان ﺑﻪ اﻃﻼﻓﺮﻳﻨﻲ اﺳﺖ، ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﻳﻦ ﺑﻲ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﻲ ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺪاران ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﻏﻴﺐ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮان ﺑﻪ اﻃﻼﻓﺮﻳﻨﻲ در )50%(؛ ﻣﻴﺰان ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ و ﺗﻮزﻳﻊ ﺛﺮوت ﺑﺎ اﻃﻼﻓﺮﻳﻨﻲ 1/64 ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻴﺎﻧﮕﺮ ﻋﺪم ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﻳﻲ ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺪاران در ﺗﻮزﻳﻊ و ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺛﺮوت اﺳﺖ و ﻧﻴﺰ ﻣﻴﺰان ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺪاران ﺑﻪ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي اﻃﻼﻓﺮﻳﻨﻲ ﺟﻬﺖ اﻳﺠﺎد ﻛﺴﺐ و ﻛﺎر اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﻲ )0/45 ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪة ﻋﺪم ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺪاران ﺑﺮ اﻃﻼﻓﺮﻳﻨﻲ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮان
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﻳﺠﺎد ﻛﺴﺐ و ﻛﺎر اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﻲ اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﮔﻴﺮي: ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺪاران ﺑﻪ ﺗﻬﻴﻪ و ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﻲ، ﺑﺎزارﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﻲ، داﻧﺶ و ﻣﻬﺎرت در ﻓﻨﺎوري ﻫﺎي اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﻲ، آﺷﻨﺎﻳﻲ ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺪاران ﺑﺎ ﻓﻨﺎوري ﻫﺎ و ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺎي اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﻲ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﻏﻴﺐ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮان ﺑﻪ اﻃﻼﻓﺮﻳﻨﻲ، ﺗﻮزﻳﻊ و ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺛﺮوت ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮي ﻧﺸﺎن داده و در ﻛﻞ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ زﻳﺎدي ﺑﺮ اﻃﻼﻓﺮﻳﻨﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﻳﺠﺎد ﻛﺴﺐ و ﻛﺎر اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﻲ در ﺧﻮد و ﻛﺎرﺑﺮان ﺷﺎن ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Objective: Infopreneur ship in order to create an information business from the perspective of librarians of the National Library of the Islamic Republic of Iran has been studied.
Methodology: The present applied research is in terms of Descriptive-survey method. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. Then, 132 persons were selected from 320 librarians of the National Library based on Morgan table with 95% confidence interval and 5% error, which 127 questionnaires were completed. Descriptive and inferential statistics and SPSS software were used to analyze the data.
Results: From the point of view of librarians of the National Library of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the amount of preparation and production of information products for, infopreneur ship is a little (39%) and the amount of marketing of information products in the National Library is average (47%). But the level of familiarity of librarians with information technologies and systems to create an information business is high and about (53%). Negative results also show that: about (50%) has been neglected to encourage users infopreneur ship; Librarians have not been able to distribute and generate wealth by creating an information business (more than 48%); and in order to create an information business, librarians have not been able to influence more than (50%) user information.
Conclusion: The research results show that the components (07/0), the amount of encouraging users to infopreneur ship32/0-) (, and the amount of production and distribution of wealth with infopreneurs hip(64/1-), Inattention shown and total the amount of attention of librarians studied to the components of infopreneur ship to create an information business is equal to With (-0/45), which shows that librarians have not been able to institutionalize information about their users and work environment in order to create an information business in themselves and their users.
