Confirmatory Factor Analysis of Dimensions and Components of Organizational Excellence in Mazandaran Islamic Azad University

ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪي اﺑﻌﺎد و ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف از ﻧﻮع ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻟﺤﺎظ روش ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺗﻌﺪاد 212 ﻧﻔﺮ از اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﯿﺎت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﺗﻤﺎم وﻗﺖ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران ﺑﺎ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻪ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ اﺳﺘﺎدﯾﺎر، داﻧﺸﯿﺎر و اﺳﺘﺎد ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اي ﺑﺮﺣﺴﺐ درﺟﻪ واﺣﺪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ از ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻣﺪل EFQM اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. رواﯾﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ و ﺻﻮري آن ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﻧﻈﺮان و ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن ﻣﺮﺑﻮﻃﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ، اﻋﺘﺒﺎر ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 0/97 ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻫﺎي آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و آﻣﺎر اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪي و ﻣﺪل ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري در ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار Spss و Smart PLS ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪي ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ اﺑﻌﺎد و ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻫﻢ ﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻣﺴﯿﺮﻫﺎ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﺑﯿﺎن ﮐﺮد ﮐﻪ 96/7 درﺻﺪ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪ ﺳﺎزﻫﺎ و 96/5 درﺻﺪ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺑﻌﺪ نتايج تبيين مي‌شود

The aim of this study is dimensions confirmatory factor analysis and organizational excellence components in Mazandaran Islamic Azad University. This study is objectively applicational and methodologically correlational descriptive. Statistical sample has been selected by random stratified sampling in terms of university campus and they were 212 of full-time faculty members with the rank of assistant professor, associate professor and professor. EFQM model standard questionnaire has been used to gather data. Congestive and formal validity has been approved by experts and authors. Questionnaire validity has been estimated as 0/97 by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. Data analysis has been done by descriptive and deductive statistics methods, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling in SPSS software and smart PLS. confirmatory factor analysis results showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between organizational excellence components and dimensions in Mazandaran Islamic Azad University. It can also be stated by the factor that 96/7 percent of organizational excellence can be explained by enablers dimension and 96/5 percent by results dimension.
