ﭼﮑﯿﺪه اﻣﺮوزه ﻣﺴﺌﻠﻪ ي ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ در ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺮﻗﺮاري ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﺎ دﯾﮕﺮان و ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮي در ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺮﻗﺮاري ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﺎ ﻋﺎﻟﻢ ﻓﺮاﻣﺎدي، ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان دو ﭘﺪﯾﺪه ﻣﻬﻢ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ ﺑﺴﺰاﺋﯽ در ﺑﻬﺰﯾﺴﺘﯽ رواﻧﺸﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ و ﺧﻮدﮐﻨﺘﺮﻟﯽ ﻧﻮﺟﻮاﻧﺎن اﯾﻔﺎ ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﺪ. ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ و ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ آﻣﻮزش ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ و ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮي ﺑﺮ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺑﻬﺰﯾﺴﺘﯽ رواﻧﺸﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ وﺧﻮد ﮐﻨﺘﺮﻟﯽ داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان دﺧﺘﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﻪ ﯾﺎزدﻫﻢ ﺷﻬﺮ ﻫﻤﺪان اﺳﺖ. روش ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﯿﻤﻪ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﭘﯿﺶ آزﻣﻮن- ﭘﺲ آزﻣﻮن ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ 350 ﻧﻔﺮ و ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اوﻟﯿﻪ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از 200 ﻧﻔﺮ داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮز دﺧﺘﺮ ﺷﻬﺮ ﻫﻤﺪان ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺧﻮﺷﻪ اي ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ اي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ، ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﺷﺪ. 20 ﻧﻔﺮ داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮز ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺮوه ﮔﻮاه و ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﻬﺰﯾﺴﺘﯽ رواﻧﺸﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ رﯾﻒ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺧﻮدﮐﻨﺘﺮﻟﯽ ﺗﺎﻧﺠﯽ، ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ درﻣﺎﻧﯽ_آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ و ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ درﻣﺎﻧﯽ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮي اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ آﻣﻮزش ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺰﯾﺴﺘﯽ روان ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮ ﺧﻮدﮐﻨﺘﺮﻟﯽ آﻧﺎن ﻣﺆﺛﺮ اﺳﺖ )0/05
چكيده لاتين :
Today, the subject of emotional intelligence for communicating with others and spiritual intelligence in order to communicate with the extramarital world, as two important cognitive emotional approach, plays a significant role in psychological well-being and self-control of adolescents. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teaching emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the increase of psychological well-being and self-esteem psychological among eleven-year-old girl students in Hamedan. The research method was semi-experimental with control and experimental group. The population of this study was 350 people. The sample of this study was 200 Hamedan girl students that selected by multistage cluster sampling method. The number of students was randomly assigned 20 persons to the control group and the experimental group. The tools used in this study was questionnaire Reef psychological well-being, self-control questionnaire Tanjy, Drmany_Mvzshy . The results showed that emotional intelligence training affects students' psychological well-being and their self-control (P <0.05). Also Spiritual intelligence training affects students' psychological well-being and their self-control (P <0.05).
