چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻫﻮش ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﺑﺮ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ ﺟﻬﺖ اراﺋﻪ ﻣﺪل ﺑﻮد. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ روش ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﯿﺄت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ واﺣﺪﻫﺎي داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﮔﻠﺴﺘﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 638 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اي ﺑﺮ ﺣﺴﺐ درﺟﻪ واﺣﺪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ و ﺑﺎ ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان، 240 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ، ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ و ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﻮش ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ اﻧﮓ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران ﺑﺎ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ 0/71 و 0/83 ﺑﻮد. رواﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﺷﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از آزﻣﻮن ﺗﯽ ﺗﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اي و ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻫﻮش ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ در وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ اﺑﻌﺎد ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ دﻫﻨﺪه ﻫﻮش ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻓﺮاﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ و ﺑﻌﺪ رﻓﺘﺎري ﻫﻮش ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ در ﺣﺪ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ و ﺑﻌﺪ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ و ﺑﻌﺪ اﻧﮕﯿﺰﺷﯽ ﻫﻮش ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ از ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ و در ﮐﻞ، ﻫﻮش ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﺑﯿﺶ از ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﺸﺎن داد ﻫﻮش ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﺑﺮ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮدارد.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of cultural intelligence on academic entrepreneurship to present a model. This research was applied in terms of purpose, which was done by descriptive survey method. The statistical population included 638 faculty members of Islamic Azad university branches of Golestan province. The sample was done using stratified random sampling method according to the degree of the university unit and the sample size was calculated 240 people using Cochran's formula. Data collection tools were a researcher-made university entrepreneurship questionnaire and the cultural intelligence questionnaire of Ang and colleagues with a reliability of 0.71 and 0.83. The validity of the questionnaires was reviewed and confirmed by experts. One-sample t-test, structural equations were used to analyze the data. The results showed that cultural intelligence was in good condition. The study of the status of the dimensions of cultural intelligence showed that the metacognitive and behavioral dimension of cultural intelligence is moderate and the cognitive dimension and motivational dimension of cultural intelligence is above average and in general, cultural intelligence is above average. Also, the results of structural equations showed that cultural intelligence has an effect on academic entrepreneurship.
