چكيده فارسي :
اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﻣﻌﺎوﻧﺎن زن ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺷﺒﺴﺘﺮ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻫﻮشﻫﺎي ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ و ﻣﻬﺎرت اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻧﺤﻮه ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ-ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮده و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﻧﯿﺰ از ﻧﻮع ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﻣﻌﺎوﻧﺎن زن ﻣﺪارس ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺷﺒﺴﺘﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 75 ﻧﻔﺮ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ از اﯾﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد 63 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي ﻧﺴﺒﺘﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﻮشﻫﺎي ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﮔﺎردﻧﺮ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﻬﺎرتﻫﺎي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﻣﺎﺗﺴﻮن و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران )1983( و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺧﻮد ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي ﺷﻮارزر و ﺟﺮوﺳﻠﻢ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪوﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از روش آﻣﺎر اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﻢزﻣﺎن ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار 23.spss اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد از ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﻫﻮشﻫﺎي ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺳﻪ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﻮش ﮐﻼﻣﯽ )0/69= r(، ﻫﻮش ﻣﻮﺳﯿﻘﯽ )0/67= r( و ﻫﻮش ﻣﯿﺎن ﻓﺮدي )0/56= r( ﺑﺎ ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﻣﻌﺎوﻧﺎن زن ﻣﺪارس ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺷﺒﺴﺘﺮ راﺑﻄﻪ دارد )0,01)< p. ﻃﺒﻖ ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن، 76/4 درﺻﺪ از وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻫﻮشﻫﺎي ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ و ﻣﻬﺎرت اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ازآﻧﺠﺎﯾﯽﮐﻪ ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﻣﻌﺎوﻧﺎن ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺎ ﻫﻮشﻫﺎي ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ و ﻣﻬﺎرتﻫﺎي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ آﻧﺎن داراي راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري اﺳﺖ؛ ﻟﺬا ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻣﯽﺷﻮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎ ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي ﻣﺪﯾﺮان را از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ دادن ﻫﺪفﻫﺎي ﻗﺎﺑﻞدﺳﺘﺮس، ﺟﺎﻧﺸﯿﻦﺳﺎزي ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﻓﻖ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪﻫﺎي ﻧﺎﻣﻮﻓﻖ و ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ اﻋﺘﻤﺎدﺑﻪﻧﻔﺲ ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between multiple intelligences and social skills with self-efficacy among school administrators and deputies of Shabestar city. The present study Was a descriptive-correlative research in terms of data collection method andan applied research type in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the study consisted Consisted of 75 directors…. the directors and deputies of Shabestar schools. Out of this population 63 women were population by stratified random sampling method. Measuring tools consisted of Gardner multiple intelligences, social skills of Matson et al. (1983) and Schwarzer and Jerousselm self-efficacy questionnaires. In order to analyze the hypotheses, inferential statistics of Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression were used simultaneously using SPSS.23 software. The results showed that among the components of multiple intelligences, three components of verbal intelligence (r = 0.69), music intelligence (r = 0.67) and interpersonal intelligence (r = 0.56) are related to the self-efficacy of school administrators and school assistants in Shabestar (p>0.01). According to regression results, 76.4% of self-efficacy variance is explained by multiple intelligences and social skills. Therefore, since self-efficacy of managers and deputies has a significant relationship with their multiple intelligences and their social skills. It is suggested that organizations try to improve managers' self-efficacy through the organization of accessible goals, replacing unsuccessful experiences with successful ones and enhancing their self-efficacy
