نقش توانمندسازي بر افزايش مشاركت اجتماعي در مناطق حاشيه نشين بعد از انقلاب اسلامي(مطالعه موردي : شهرستان پاكدشت)

The role of empowerment on increasing social participation in marginalized areas after the Islamic Revolution (Case study: Pakdasht city)

رشدجمعيت و افزايش بي رويه مهاجرت به شهرها خصوصا شهرهاي بزرگ باعث بروز مشكلات و مسايل زيادي فراروي شهر و مديريت شهري، خصوصا در كشورهاي در حال توسعه شده است. شهرستان پاكدشت به علت نزديك بودن به شهر تهران و شكل گيري حاشيه نشين، داراي محلات فقير نشين ست كه موجب پيامدها و آسيب هاي اجتماعي ، فرهنگي، اقتصادي و سياسي در اين منطقه شده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي رابطه توانمندسازي در مناطق حاشيه نشين بر افزايش مشاركت اجتماعي شهر پاكدشت تدوين شده است. پژوهش از نوع توصيفي تحليل و از نظر روش اجرا پيمايشي است.جامعه آماري پژوهش كليه ساكنان شهرستان پاكدشت (محله استاد شهريار) بودند كه از اين تعداد با استفاده از جدول كوكران 379 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده دراين پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده است و كليه مراحل تحليل و تبيين اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزار آماري Spss انجام شده است. نتايج به دست آمده نشان داد بين توانمند سازي و مشاركت اجتماعي رابطه مثبت وجود دارد و تاثيرات مثبت بسياري بر مناطق حاشيه نشين داشته باشد.

Population growth and the uncontrolled increase of migration to cities, especially large cities, have caused many problems and issues facing the city and urban management, especially in developing countries. Pakdasht city, due to its proximity to the city of Tehran and the formation of suburbs, has poor neighborhoods that have caused consequences and social, cultural, economic and political damage in this region. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between empowerment in marginalized areas and increasing social participation in Pakdasht. The research is descriptive in terms of analysis and survey method. The statistical population of the study was all residents of Pakdasht city (Ustad Shahriyar neighborhood) from which 379 people were selected as the sample size using Cochran's table. The instrument used in this research was a researcher-made questionnaire and all steps of data analysis and explanation were performed using SPSS statistical software. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between empowerment and social participation and have many positive effects on marginalized areas.
