رويكردهاي تعيين كارگزاران سياسي قبل از هر چيز تحت تاثير ايديولوژي هاي سياسي هر جامعه، قوانين و قواعد حقوقي آن تعيين مي شود. بنابراين پذيرش راي مردم، عدم پذيرش آن و يا تركيبي از اين دو شيوه و در نظر گرفتن شروط و معيارهايي براي سازگاري ارزش هاي جامعه و كارگزاران سياسي دغدغه اصلي نظام هاي سياسي است. پژوهش حاضر درصدد است تا به بررسي ديدگاه حقوق اساسي ج.ا.ايران درباره تعيين كارگزاران سياسي بپردازد. سوال پژوهش اين است كه وجه تفاوت بارز نظام حقوقي ج.ا. ايران درباره تعيين كارگزاران سياسي كدام است؟ پاسخي كه مي توان ارايه كرد اين است كه كارگزاران سياسي در ج.ا.ايران از طريق انتخابات و راي مستقيم و غيرمستقيم آنان و يا نصب از طريق ولي صورت مي گيرند كه نمايانگر توجه نظام سياسي اسلامي به اصول تخصص، راي مردم و همچنين برخورداري كارگزاران از ارزش هاي اسلامي و صفات الهي است. متصف بودن به دين و ارزش هاي ديني، صفات نيكو و همچنين نسپردن اداره جامعه اسلامي به كارگزاراني ناشايست نيازمند دخالت ولي فقيه بر مبناي اصل مصلحت و از طريق حكم حكومتي است. پژوهش حاضر از روش توصيفي-تحليلي و بهره گيري از منابع اسنادي و كتابخانه اي به موضوع مزبور پرداخته است.

The present research has dealt with this issue through descriptive-analytical method and using documentary and library resources.
