هدف كلي اين پژوهش بررسي نقش شبكه استاني آفتاب در مشاركت سياسي مردم شهر اراك است. روش تحقيق، پيمايشي و جامعه آماري شامل كليه افراد واجد شرايط رأي دادن شهر اراك مي‌باشد كه تعداد آنان براساس آخرين سرشماري مركز آمار ايران در سال 1395 برابر با 458842 نفر است كه از اين ميان، تعداد 400 نفر با استفاده از فرمول كوكران به روش نمونه‌گيري ميداني انتخاب شدند و در نهايت 400 پرسش‌نامه جمع‌آوري و مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. اعتبار صوري پرسش‌نامه با كسب نظر گروهي از متخصصان و اعتبار ساختاري آن با استفاده از تكنيك تحليل عاملي مورد بررسي قرار گرفت و اصلاحات لازم در آن به عمل آمد. پايايي پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ برابر0/93 به دست آمد. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه: بين ميزان تماشاي شبكه آفتاب و ميزان مشاركت سياسي رابطه مثبت و معني‌دار وجود داشته و شبكه آفتاب توانسته در افزايش ميزان مشاركت سياسي مردم شهر اراك موفق عمل نمايد. لذا پيشنهاد مي‌شود شبكه استاني آفتاب با توليد و پخش برنامه‌هايي به منظور تقويت باورهاي مردم نسبت به افزايش مشاركت سياسي آنان در اداره جامعه مي‌تواند نقش مؤثري را ايفاء نمايد.

The research method, survey and statistical population include all individuals without voting conditions in Arak city, of which 400 people were selected using Cochran's formula by field sampling method and finally 400 questionnaires were collected and collected. Analyzed. The formal validity of the questionnaire was examined by obtaining the opinion of a group of experts and its structural validity using factor analysis technique and the necessary corrections were made in it. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained using Cronbach's alpha test equal to 0.93. The results of the research show that: there was a positive and significant relationship between the amount of viewing of Aftab network and the level of political participation and Aftab network was able to succeed in increasing the political participation of the people of Arak. Therefore, it is suggested that Aftab Provincial Network produce programs and broadcasts in order to strengthen people's beliefs about the impact of their political participation on the management of society, as well as by preparing and producing programs aimed at increasing the knowledge and political awareness of audiences. Their individual identities as well as informing the audience about the benefits of political participation and its impact on economic, political, social, cultural aspects, etc., the life of individuals in society in the form of producing and broadcasting programs in this regard can increase audience political participation. Play an important role.
