بررسي ماهيت كف هاي توليد شده در واحدهاي فرايندي تصفيه آب بعد از عمليات پيش ازن زني

Investigating the nature of foams produced in water treatment process units after pre-ozonation operation

هدف كلي اين مطالعه بررسي ماهيت كف هاي توليد شده در واحدهاي فرايندي تصفيه آب بعد ازعمليات پيش ازن زني است كه در مقياس واقعي بر روي واحد پيش ازن زني تصفيه خانه آب كوه سبز استان فارس با تغيير ميزان دوز ازن تزريقي و نمونه برداري از كف ها انجام گرفته است. نتايج بررسي ها نشان داد كه كف هاي تشكيل شده در حوضچه ها عمدتا از دو بخش هيدروفوبيك و هيدروفيليك تشكيل شده اند كه شامل تركيباتي از جمله كدورت، مواد معلق، مواد آلي محلول، سورفاكتانت، چربي، نيترات، فسفات، سيانوباكتر و كلروفيل a است. تحليل عوامل ايجاد كننده كف در واحدهاي فرايندي نشان داد كه ساختارهاي آروماتيك و آليفاتيك تركيبات ذكر شده به دليل واكنش با ديگر مواد شيميايي اضافه شده به آب ناپايدار شده و در اثر عدم وجود شرايط مناسب انعقاد و لخته سازي باعث تشكيل كف در سطح واحدهاي فرايندي تصفيه آب مي گردند.

The aim of this study was to determine the nature of the foam produced in the process of water purification operations after the pre- ozonation which on a real scale on the pre-ozonation unit of Kuh Sabz water treatment plant in Fars province with has been done by changing the dose of ozone injection and sampling of the foams. The results showed that the foam formed in the ponds they are mainly composed of two parts, hydrophobic and hydrophilic which contains compounds such as turbidity, suspended solids, dissolved organics, surfactants, fats, nitrates, phosphates, cyanobacteria and chlorophyll a. Analysis of foam forming factors in process units showed that aromatic and aliphatic structures of compounds unstable due to reaction with other chemicals added to water and due to the lack of suitable conditions for coagulation and flocculation causes the formation of foam in water treatment process units.
