چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف: ازآنجايي‌كه امنيت در مفهوم متعارف و مادي در تطبيق با رويكرد ديني داراي تفاوت‌هايي است، رفع ابهام و شفاف‌سازي محتوايي و شكلي مفهوم امنيت نيازمند بررسي است كه اين مقاله تبيين اين مهم را عهده‌دار است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي و از لحاظ روش اجرا، توصيفي- تحليلي است و جمع‌آوري اطلاعات آن از طريق بررسي اسنادي و فيش‌برداري و بهره‌گيري از منابع كتابخانه‌اي و پژوهشي صورت گرفته است.
يافته‌ها: امنيت داراي تأثيري شگرف بر سياست‌هاي كنشگران در همة ابعاد اجتماعي، فرهنگي، اقتصادي و ازجمله كيفري و جنايي است. درواقع نوع، محتوا و مدل سياست‌هاي جنايي و كيفري با تأثيرپذيري از تفسيري كه كنشگران مؤثر در اين عرصه چه در بعد تقنيني، قضايي و اجرايي از امنيت مي‌نمايند متحول مي‌شوند. تأثّر سياست‌هاي كيفري و جنايي اسلام از امنيت مبتني بر تعريفي ذواضلاع از امنيت و در راستاي امنيت‌افزايي مادي و معنوي مخاطبان اين سياست‌ها يعني همة شهروندان جامعه اسلامي و به‌منظور تعالي ايماني آنها در قرب به الله خواهد بود.
نتيجه‌گيري: ازآنجايي‌كه در رويكرد ديني برخلاف رويكرد مادي، اين ارزش در كنار شأن مادي و دنيايي خود، داراي ساحتي معنوي و اخروي است كه منشأ آن فراتر از عقل مادي و محدود انساني است و درواقع منشأ الهي و وحياني دارد و در تعاملي هماهنگ و همسازوار با ساير ارزش‌ها مانند عدالت و آزادي و نه در تزاحم و تعارض با آنها، ضمن تأمين امنيت و ايمني مادي افراد، سعي در تعالي معنوي ايشان در همة عرصه‌ها و نيل به قرب الهي را ازجمله در عرصة سياست‌گذاري جنايي و كيفري را دنبال مي‌كند.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and objectives: Since there are differences in the conventional and material concepts of security in conformity with the religious approach, the removal of ambiguity and clarification of the content and form of the concept of security needs to be examined, which this article is responsible for explaining.
Methodology: In terms of its objectives the present study is of an applied research type and in terms of methodology it is considered as a descriptive-analytical study.
Findings: Security has a tremendous impact on the policies of activists in all social, cultural, economic dimensions, including criminal and criminal dimensions. In fact, the type, content and model of penal and criminal policies are evolving under the influence of the interpretation of effective actors in this field, both in the legislative, judicial and executive dimensions of security. The effect of Islamic penal and criminal policies on security is based on the definition of security aspects and to increase the material and spiritual security of the audience of these policies, i.e., all citizens of the Islamic society and to exalt their faith in God.
Results: Since in the religious approach, unlike the material approach, this value, along with its material and worldly dignity, has a spiritual and otherworldly field, the source of which is beyond the material and limited human intellect, and in fact has a divine and revelatory origin and in harmonious interaction with others. Values such as justice and freedom and not in conflict with them, while providing security and material security of individuals, strive for their spiritual excellence in all areas and achieve nearness to God, including in the field of penal and criminal policy.
