پيشگيري خانواده‌محور از گرايش اطفال و نوجوانان به مصرف مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان با نگاهي به آموزه‌هاي قرآني

Family-Centered Prevention of the Tendency of Children and Adolescents to Use Drugs and Psychotropic Substances by Looking at Quranic Teachings

زمينه و هدف : مصرف مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان توسط اطفال و نوجوانان امروزه به يكي از دل‌نگراني‌هاي سياست‌گذاران جنايي تبديل شده است. ازاين‌رو، پيشگيري از مصرف مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان، و حفظ امنيت جوامع از اهميت بسياري برخوردار است. پيشگيري رشدمدار يا زودرس، يكي از گونه‌هاي پيشگيري غيركيفري است كه نسبت به اطفال و نوجوانان اعمال مي‌شود كه در قالب تدابير خانواده‌محور و مدرسه‌محور جلوه مي‌كند؛ نگارندگان در اين مقاله به تبيين برنامه‌هاي پيشگيري خانواده‌محور از گرايش اطفال و نوجوانان به مصرف مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان با نگاهي به آموزه‌هاي قرآني خواهند پرداخت. روش‌: اين مقاله با روش تحليلي - توصيفي با نگاهي به آموزه‌هاي قرآني انجام شده است. يافته‌ها و نتيجه‌گيري: با توجه به آموزه­ هاي قرآني مبتني بر نقش محوري خانواده در راستاي تربيت اطفال؛ هرچه حضور طفل در محيط خانه بيشتر باشد و يا اينكه والدين نسبت به روابط اطفال و نوجوان به محيط‌هاي بيرون از خانه نظارت و كنترل داشته باشند، به همان نسبت از گرايش اطفال و نوجوانان به مصرف مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان كاسته مي­ شود. آموزش زودرس والدين بر مبناي اندرزهايي كه در قرآن در سوره لقمان آمده و آن حضرت نسبت به فرزندان خود به كار مي­برد و اصول صحيح تربيتي را ارائه مي­دهد، به طور رو به افزايشي به عنوان يكي از مؤثرترين شيوه ­هاي مداخله و پيشگيري رشدمدار از گرايش اطفال و نوجوانان به مصرف مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان تلقي مي­ شود؛ نكته ­­اي كه در قرآن­ كريم مورد اشاره قرار گرفته است رفتار و سخن نيكو داشتن با مخاطبين و نقش آن در تقويت اعتماد به نفس اطفال و نوجوانان و رشد و بالندگي شخصيت آنهاست. «و لقد كرمنا بني آدم ...» كه يكي از مباني مهم تربيتي كه مي­ تواند نقش اساسي در پيشگيري رشد مدار داشته باشد.

Background and objectives: Drug and psychedelic substance use by children and adolescents has become one of the concerns of criminal policymakers today. Therefore, prevention of drug and psychotropic use, and maintaining the security of communities is very important. Developmental or early prevention is one of the types of non-criminal prevention that is applied to children and adolescents, which is manifested in the form of family-centered and teacher-centered measures. In this article, the authors will explain family-centered prevention programs against the tendency of children and adolescents to use drugs and psychotropic substances by looking at Quranic teachings. Methodology: This article has been done by analytical-descriptive method with a look at Quranic teachings. Findings and results: According to the Qur'anic teachings based on the central role of the family in the upbringing of children, the more the child is present in the home environment or the more parents have control over the relationship between children and adolescents outside the home, to that extent the tendency of children and adolescents is reduced in their use of drugs and psychotropic substances. Early education of parents based on the advice that Hazrat Loghman uses towards his children and provides the correct educational principles, is one of the most effective methods of intervention and developmental prevention to deal with the tendency of children and adolescents to drugs and psychotropic substances. One of the points mentioned in the Holy Quran is having good behavior and speech and its role in strengthening the self-confidence of children and adolescents and the growth and development of their personality.
