Factor Analysis of SWOT of Iranian Championship Sport Station

هدف از اين تحقيق تحليل عاملي نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت ها و تهديدهاي پايگاه‌هاي ورزش قهرماني ايران مي باشد. جامعه آماري پژوهش را مديران و كارشناسان پايگاه هاي ورزش قهرماني و اساتيد دانشگاه و خبرگان ورزشي حدود 154 نفر تشكيل مي دهند. براي نمونه پژوهش در بخش كيفي20 نفر بصورت هدفمند و در بخش كمي نيز 134 نفر بصورت كل شمار انتخاب شدند. روش گردآوري داده هاي اين تحقيق به‌صورت آميخته مي باشد. ابتدا به روش دلفي به شناسايي SWOTپايگاه هاي ورزش قهرماني پرداخته شد و پرسشنامه اي محقق ساخته شامل 62 سؤال در زمينه نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت ها و تهديدهاي پايگاه‌هاي ورزش قهرماني كشور طراحي گرديد. سپس روايي صوري آن توسط 5 تن از اساتيد مديريت ورزشي و متخصصين تأييد شد و براي بررسي روايي محتوا از ضريب نسبي روايي محتوا (CVR) استفاده گرديد. همچنين به منظور تعيين پايايي از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ 88/0 استفاده گرديد. براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات جمع آوري شده در بخش كيفي از روش دلفي و در بخش كمي از روش هاي آماري توصيفي و استنباطي از جمله آزمون T‌تك نمونه‌اي و آزمون فريدمن و تحليل عاملي تأييدي با كمك نرم افزارهاي SPSS و AMOS استفاده شد. از مهمترين يافته هاي پژوهش مي توان به امكانات و تجهيزات پايگاهها، نداشتن برنامه راهبردي، علاقمندي و استقبال جوانان نسبت به ورزش هاي قهرماني، افزايش قيمت تجهيزات و وسايل مورد نياز و هزينه نگهداري از آنها، تمركز بر نتيجه گرايي به جاي فرآيندگرايي اشاره نمود.

The purpose of this study is factor analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Iranian Championship Sports Station. The statistical population of the study consists of managers and experts of championship sports station and university professors and sports experts about 154 people. For example, in the qualitative part, 20 people were purposefully selected and in the quantitative part, 134 people were selected as a total number. The method of collecting data for this study are combined, the first Delphi technique were used to identify the SWOT of Championship Sport Station an‎d designed based on the provided list, the researcher-made questioner with 62 questions. Then its face validity was confirmed by 5 professors of sports management and experts and to assess the content validity, the content validity relative coefficient (CVR) was used. Also To determine the reliability of Alpha Cronbach test 0.88 was used. For data analysis; respectively in qualitative part; Delphy method, and for quantitative part descriptive statistics and inferential statistics methods, including one sample T-test, Friedman-test and confirmed factor analysis by application of AMOS and SPSS software wereused. Among the most important findings of the research are the facilities and equipment of the station, lack of strategic plan, interest and acceptance of young people in championship sports, increase in the price of equipment and tools needed and maintenance costs, focus on consequentialism instead of process orientation.
