تحليل تجربي تمايل نخبگان جوان به نظم اجتماعي: با تأكيد بر رعايت اخلاق و ملاحظات اجتماعي مبتني بر قانون طلايي

Experimental analysis of young elites' tendency to social order: with emphasis on ethics and social considerations based on the golden rule

اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ، ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺗﻤﺎﯾﻞ ﻧﺨﺒﮕﺎن ﺟﻮان ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ اﻧﺘﻈﺎم اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و رﻋﺎﯾﺖ ﻧﻈﻢ و ﭼﮕﻮﻧﮕﯽ آﻣﻮزش آﻧﺎن ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ رﻋﺎﯾﺖ ﻗﺎﻧﻮن ﻃﻼﯾﯽ ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. روﯾﮑﺮد اﺻﻠﯽ در اﯾـﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟـﻪ، ﻧﻈﺮﯾـﻪ ﺗﻠﻔﯿﻘﯽ و ﭼﻨﺪﺑﻌﺪي ﻧﻈﻢ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ اﺳﺖ؛ زﯾﺮا در آن، ﺑﻪ ارﺗﺒﺎط وﺛﯿـﻖِ ﻧﮑـﺎت ﻣﺤـﻮري ﻧﻈﺮﯾـ ﻪ ﻫـﺎي ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺘﯽ و اﺧﻼﻗﯽ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه و از ﺗﻘﻠﯿﻞ ﮔﺮاﯾﯽ ﻣﺮﺳﻮم اﺟﺘﻨﺎب ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌـﮥ ﻣﺰﺑـﻮر از ﻧـﻮع ﺷﺒﻪ ﻃﻮﻟﯽ در ﺳﻪ ﺳﺎل1395 ،1391 و 1398 اﺳﺖ و روش اﻧﺠﺎم ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﺑﻨﺎ ﺑﻪ اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت و ﻣﺎﻫﯿـﺖ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، روش ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽِ ﺗﻠﻔﯿﻘﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﮥ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﺑﻨﺎ ﺑﻪ اﻣﮑﺎن دﺳﺘﺮﺳـﯽ، ﺷـﺎﻣﻞ ﺟﻮاﻧـﺎن ﻧﺨﺒـﮥ ﻣﺤﺼﻞ در ﺳﻤﭙﺎد1 اﺳﺘﺎن ﺗﻬﺮان اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻤﺎﯾﻞ ﻧﺨﺒﮕﺎن ﺟﻮان ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ رﻋﺎﯾﺖ اﺧﻼق و ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺎت اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ در ﺳﻪ ﺳﺎل ﮔﺬﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘـﺎﯾﺞِ ﺗﺤﻠﯿـﻞ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮﻧﯽ ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺶ ﻣﺪل ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻓﻀﺎي ﻋﺎم ﮔـﺮا، ﻫـ ﻢ ﭼـﻮن ﻫﻮﯾـﺖ ﻣﻠﯽ و ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﻋﺎمﮔﺮا در ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﺗﻤﺎﯾﻞ ﻧﺨﺒﮕﺎن ﺟﻮان ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ رﻋﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﻼﺣﻈـﺎت اﺟ ﺘﻤـﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺴـﯿﺎر ﻣﻬﻢ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﻣﺪل ﻫﺎ، ﺑﺮﺟﺴﺘﮕﯽِ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﺪرﺳﻪ را در اﯾﻦ اﻣﺮ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﻨﺪ و ﺣـﺎﮐﯽ از آن ﻫﺴـﺘ ﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻓﺎرغ از ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺘﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﻋﺎم ﮔﺮاﯾﯽ، ﭘﺮورش اﺧﻼﻗﯽ ﻧﺨﺒﮕﺎن ﻣﯿﺴـﺮ اﺳـﺖ . ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﮐﻤﯽ و ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﺄﮐﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ آن دارﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻤﺎﯾﻞ اﺧﻼﻗﯽ ﻧﺨﺒﮕﺎن ﺟﻮان، ﻓﺎرغ از ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺷـﺮاﯾﻂ ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺘﯽ ﮐﻪ در ﻣﺪل ﻫﺎ ﻣﻨﻌﮑﺲ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ؛ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﺑﺤﺮاﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ و ﻣﺤﺘﺎج ﺗﻮﺟﻪ وﯾﮋه از ﺟﺎﻧﺐ ﻣﺘﻮﻟﯿﺎن اﻣﺮ اﺳﺖ.

This article is intended to analyze the attitude of young elites towards social order and order, based on the observance of the golden rule. The main approach in this article is the integrated and multidimensional theory of social order; Because it deals with the in-depth communication of the central points of educational and moral theories and avoids conventional reductionism. The study is quasi-longitudinal in three years; an‎d the method of conducting research, according to the facilities and nature of the research, is the integrated field method. The research sample, according to accessibility, includes elite elite youth in SAMPAD. These results show that the tendency of young elites to observe ethics and social considerations has increased significantly over the past three years. The results of multivariate regression analysis with six different models suggest that populist space, as well as national identity and populist commitment, are very important in strengthening the desire of young elites to observe social considerations. Models point to the role of the school in this, and argue that, regardless of the development of educational programs to strengthen populism, the moral upbringing of the elite is possible. Quantitative and qualitative research results emphasize that the moral inclination of young elites, regardless of the impact of educational conditions reflected in the models; It's very critical; an‎d it needs special attention from those in charge.
