جايگشت عرصه هاي بينابين بر حصول رضايت در مجموعه‌‌‌هاي زندگي جمعي مبتني بر اصلاح رفتارهاي نامطلوب زيستي (مطالعه موردي: شهرك مهرگان قزوين)

The Permutation of Intermediate Areas on Satisfaction Achievement in Collective Living Sets Based on Correction of Undesirable Biological Behaviors (A Case Study of Mehregan Town, Qazvin)

عرصه‌‌‌هاي بينابين واقع شده در ميان مجموعه بلوك‌هاي مسكوني نقش نسبتاً مهمي در كنترل، كاهش و اصلاح رفتارهاي نامطلوب ساكنين و پيدايش مفهوم رضايت از محيط را دارا مي‌باشند. ضرورت انجام اين پژوهش به دليل تأثيرات منفي سطح رفتاري ساكنين بر دامنه زندگي جمعي حائز اهميت مي‌باشد. هدف از انجام اين پژوهش بررسي تأثير عرصه هاي بينابين بر كنترل و اصلاح نسبي رفتارهاي نامطلوب زيستي و به دنبال آن دستيابي به مفهوم رضايت محيطي در مجموعه هاي جمعي مسكوني ارزان قيمت مي‌باشد. روش پژوهش در تدوين اين تحقيق اكتشافي- تحقيقي مي‌باشد. روش گردآوري داده‌ها مبتني بر مصاحبه هاي ساختار يافته، مشاهدات عيني پژوهشگران و مطالعه منابع دست اول و فرادستي مي‌باشد. نتايج و يافته هاي حاصل از پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه در صورت بازطراحي و تقويت نقش كمي و كيفي عرصه هاي بينابين امكان دستيابي نسبي به مفهوم رضايت در مجموعه هاي زندگي جمعي و به طور خاص ارزان قيمت از منظر رفتارشناسانه وجود دارد.

The intermediate areas located among the residential blocks have a relatively important role in controlling, reducing and correcting the undesirable behaviors of residents, and the emergence of the concept of environmental satisfaction. The necessity of conducting this research is important because of the negative effects of residents' behavioral level on the scope of collective life. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of intermediate areas on the control and relative modification of undesirable biological behaviors and subsequently to achieve the concept of environmental satisfaction in low-cost residential complexes. The research method in compiling this research is an exploratory one. The method of data collection is based on structured interviews, objective observations of researchers and the study of first-hand and superior sources. The results and findings of the research show that in case of redesigning and strengthening the quantitative and qualitative role of intermediate areas, there is a possibility of achieving a relative concept of satisfaction in groups of collective life and especially cheap from a behavioral point of view.
