ارائه راهكار هايي در جهت افزايش امنيت در محله هاي مسكوني از طريق طراحي محيطي (نمونه موردي محله هاي حاشيه اي شهر بجنورد)

Providing Solution for Increasing Security in Residential Areas through Environmental Design, case study: five neighborhoods of Bojnor

: امنيت يكي از عوامل مطلوبيت فضاي شهري است. پژوهش ها نشان مي دهد كه عوامل اجتماعي و اقتصادي به تنهايي تاثير گذار بر امنيت نيستند. بلكه طرح فيزيكي فضا و طراحي گرافيكي و عناصر بصري به كار رفته در فضا نيز مي تواند نقش بسياري در ارتكاب يا عدم ارتكاب جرائم داشته باشد. هدف از اين پژوهش شناسايي عوامل محيطي تاثير گذار بر وقوع جرم در محله ها و در مرحله بعد ارائه راهكار هايي در جهت افزايش امنيت آن ها مي باشد. روش بررسي: پنج محله از شهر بجنورد انتخاب شده اند كه در بافت حاشيه اي شهر قرار دارند. در ابتدا اطلاعات مورد نياز به كمك روش هاي توصيفي جمع آوري شده و سپس به كمك روش هاي تحليلي آماري همبستگي و رگرسيون لاجيت مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفته اند. يافته­ها: نتايج بدست آمده نشان مي دهد توجه به مناظر خياباني و طراحي محيطي و بهره گيري از اصول گرافيك محيطي منجر به افزايش تمايل به حضور در فضاهاي شهري و افزايش نظارت عمومي و در نتيجه كاهش تمايل به انجام اعمال مجرمانه مي شود. همچنين افزايش فضاهاي سبز در محله ها و ارتقا كيفيت آنها مي تواند تمايل به فعاليت هاي اجتماعي را افزايش داده و در نتيجه فرصت براي وقوع جرم را كاهش دهد. بحث و نتيجه­گيري: با توجه به نقش محيط در ميزان امنيت محيطي، پيشنهاد مي شود در طراحي شهري به نحوه طراحي فضاهاي عمومي و استفاده از پتانسيل هاي گرافيك محيط توجه ويژه اي صورت گيرد تا از اين طريق بتوان احتمال وقوع جرم را كاهش داده و احساس امنيت در محله ها را افزايش داد.

Security is considered as one of the main qualities of desirable urban spaces. Researches show that social and economic factors do not affect security independently. But the design as well as the physical layout of space can also be very much involved in committing or not committing crimes. The aim of this study is to identify the environmental factors affecting occurrence of crime in these neighborhood and then in the next step to provide solutions in order to increase their security. Materials and Methodology: To do so, the present study examines five neighborhoods of Bojnord; which all of them are located in the range of informal settlement and peripheral tissue. In this study, descriptive research has been used in order to collect needed data and recognize the characteristics of the neighborhood in terms of security. Analytical research like correlation and logistic regression and SPSS software have been utilized to investigate the influential rate of factors and the relationship between these components and the security of residential areas. Results: The results show that by designing landscapes and using environmental graphic issues, crime tending would be decreased. Although build green spaces in neighborhoods and improve their quality could increase the social relationships cause to decrease the crime opportunity. Discussion and Conclusion: By these results, the study suggest that considering the role of graphical design in designing neighborhoods could decrease crime that might be happening and make the secure community.
