يكي از عواملي كه مي‌تواند‌ رشد‌ و توسعه‌ منطقه‌اي را تحت تأثير قرار دهد مهاجرت است تا آنجا كه از مهم‌ترين استدلال‌هايي كه در اصالت و حقانيت رشد و توسعه منطقه‌اي‌ مي‌توان‌ مطرح‌ كرد، توانايي آن در كنترل پديده جابجايي جـمعيت‌ و مـهاجرت‌ است. مهاجرت فرآيندي است كه نرخ رشد جمعيت يا نرخ رشد عرضه‌ي نيروي كار را تغيير‌ مي‌دهد‌. مهاجرت به خودي خود آثار اجتماعي، فرهنگي و اقتصادي متعددي در كشورهاي مهاجرت‌فرست و مهاجرت‌پذير دارد. با توجه به حجم انبوه مهاجرت‌هاي داخلي و خارجي صورت گرفته در كشورمان كه به اذعان كارشناسان و مسئولان وزارت كشور به نقطه بحران رسيده است سوال اصلي مقاله اين است كه اين بحران چه تاثيري بر موازنه سياسي، جغرافيايي و اقتصادي ميان مناطق جغرافيايي مهاجر فرست ايران نسبت به مناطق مهاجر پذير مي-گذارد؟ فرضيه‌اي كه در اين مقاله در صدد بررسي آن هستيم اين است كه به نظر مي رسد كه ميان بحران مهاجرت كنوني و بر هم خوردن موازنه سياسي، جغرافيايي و اقتصادي ميان مناطق جغرافيايي مهاجر فرست ايران نسبت به مناطق مهاجر پذير رابطه مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد. اين مقاله با استفاده از روش تحليلي-‌ تبييني و با استفاده از منابع كتابخانه‌اي و مقالات و اسناد كلان انجام مي‌شود. روش جمع‌آوري داده‌ها نيز كتابخانه‌اي و نيز استفاده از مقالات علمي-‌پژوهشي است. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات فيش‌برداري و استفاده از جداول و نمودارها و نيز نقشه‌ها است.

The hypothesis that we are trying to examine in this article is that there seems to be a positive and significant relationship between the current migration crisis and the imbalance of political, geographical and economic balance between the geographical regions of Iran's first immigrant and non-migrant regions. has it. This article is done using explanatory analytical method and using library resources and articles and macro documents.
