ارزيابي نقش استفاده از مدل كنترلي طبقه بندي كالبدي شهر و ميزان بهره وري عنصر كالبدي در كاهش تعارضات جمعي و فرهنگي كاربران شهري

Evaluating the role of using the control model of the physical classification of the city and the productivity of the physical element in reducing the collective and cultural conflicts of urban users

هدف اصلي اين پژوهش ارزيابي نقش استفاده از مدل فيلترينگ كالبدي شهر و مدل كنترلي طبقه بندي كالبدي شهر و ميزان بهره وري عنصر كالبدي وكاهش تعارضات و تضادهاي جمعي و فرهنگي كاربران شهري است. اين پژوهش از روش كمي و پرسشنامه اي به منظور جمع آوري داده ها استفاده كرده است. پرسشنامه ها بر مبناي طيف 5 سطحي ليكرت طراحي شده و با توجه به فرمول كوكران حجم نمونه محاسبه شده است. يافته هاي حاصل از پرسشنامه در نرم افزارهاي SPSS و همچنين Smart PLS مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته اند. در اين پژوهش ديديم كه برنامه ريزي و طراحي شهري نقش بسزايي در كاهش چالش ها و تعارضات اجتماعي در شهرهاي امروزي دارد. يكي از اصلي ترين تاثيرات برنامه ريزي و طراحي شهري را بايد حوزه كاهش تعارضات از طريق ارتقاي سرمايه هاي اجتماعي ديد. كالبد و جان دو مولفه اساسي زندگي مي باشند. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه استفاده از مدل فيلترينگ كالبدي شهري و مدل كنترلي طبقه بندي شده نقش كليدي بر بهبود وضعيت كالبدي و اجتماعي شهري دارد.

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the role of using the physical filtering model of the city and the control model of the physical classification of the city and the productivity of the physical element and reduce the collective and cultural conflicts and contradictions of urban users. This study used a quantitative method and a questionnaire to collect data. The questionnaires were designed based on the 5-level Likert spectrum and the sample size was calculated according to the Cochran's formula. The findings of the questionnaire were analyzed in SPSS software as well as Smart PLS. In this study, we saw that urban planning and design has a significant role in reducing social challenges and conflicts in today's cities. One of the main effects of urban planning and design should be seen in the field of conflict reduction through the promotion of social capital. Body and soul are the two basic components of life. Findings show that the use of urban physical filtering model and classified control model has a key role in improving the physical and social status of urban.
