اين موضوع را مي توان معلول تشخيص نياز مبرم به اين نهادهاي بين المللي در عرصه روابط بين الملل در كنار دولت ها و همينطور پايان يكجانبه نگري ايالات متحده امريكا در نظام ژئوپوليتيكي جديد دانست. با وجود تحولات فوق الذكر به علاوه وابستگي بيش از پيش كشورها و مناطق، توسعه روابط بين الملل، سازمان دهي و قاعده مند كردن اين روابط چند جانبه را بيش از گذشته ضروري ساخته است. نتيجه اين توسعه نقش سازمانهاي بين المللي در روابط خارجي كشورها، تاثير پذيري خودكار مصوبات و اقدامات سازمانهاي بين المللي از اوضاع جديد است. با اين توضيحات ، سازمان تجارت جهاني (WTO) يكي از سازمانهاي بين المللي است كه از با توجه به توازن هاي كه مي تواند در ساختار نظام جهاني ايجاد كند، داراي اهميت ويژه اي مي باشد. براين اساس نوشتار حاضر با بررسي يكي از فرايندهاي موثر در ايجاد توازن يعني فرايندهاي قضايي سازمان تجارت جهاني با تاكيد بر رويكردهاي موجود در قبال كشورهاي در حال توسعه با روش توصيفي و تحليلي براساس مطالعات اسنادي و كتابخانه اي تهيه و تنظيم شده است. نتايج پژوهش حاضر نشان مي دهد كه رويه هاي فعلي WTO به طور كلي و رويه هاي قضايي اين سازمان به طور خاص با دادن امتيازاتي به كشورهاي عمدتا در حال توسعه جداي از اينكه به دنبال تعديل رويه هاي ژئوپوليتيكي (سابقا غالب) بوده است براي رفع نابرابري ها جهت تامين عدالت اقتصادي در بررسي هاي قضايي خود ، رويكردهاي ضد-ژئوپوليتيكي شامل رويه هاي عدالت محور را مد نظر قرار داده است.
