در ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﻣﯿﮑﺮوآﻟﯿﺎژ Ti و Nb ﺑﺮ رﯾﺰﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر و ﺧﻮاص ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯿﮑﯽ ﯾﮏ ﻓﻮﻻد اﺳﺘﺤﮑﺎم ﺑﺎﻻ ) AHSS( در ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎت ﺣﺮارﺗﯽ ﺗﻨﺪﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺨﺶ ﺑﻨﺪي )(Q-P ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﻓﻮﻻدي ﺣﺎوي ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﻣﯿﮑﺮوآﻟﯿﺎژ Ti و Nb ﺗﺤﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎت ﺣﺮارﺗﯽQ-P و ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺳﺮﯾﻊ ، ﺑﺮﮔﺸﺖ )(Q-T ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﭘﺲ از اﻧﺠﺎم ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎت ﺣﺮارﺗﯽ Q-P و Q-T، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺧﻮاص ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﺳﮑﻮپ اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯽ روﺑﺸﯽ )(SEM، آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ اﺷﻌﻪ اﯾﮑﺲ (XRD)، رﯾﺰﺳﺨﺘﯽﺳﻨﺠﯽ، آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﮐﺸﺶ و آزﻣﻮن ارﯾﮑﺴﻮن اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎت ﺣﺮارﺗﯽQ-P ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎت ﺣﺮارﺗﯽ Q-T از ﺧﻮاص ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﻬﺘﺮي ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ. در ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎت ﺣﺮارﺗﯽ Q-P، ﺷﮑﻞ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺣﺎوي ﻣﯿﮑﺮوآﻟﯿﺎژ Ti ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﯿﮑﺮوآﻟﯿﺎژ Nb ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎت ﺣﺮارﺗﯽQ-P ﺣﺎوي ﻣﯿﮑﺮوآﻟﯿﺎژ Ti، ﻣﯿﺰان آﺳﺘﻨﯿﺖ ﺑﺎﻗﯿﻤﺎﻧﺪه (γ_R) ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺣﺎوي ﻣﯿﮑﺮوآﻟﯿﺎژ Nb ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ اﺳﺖ. اﺳﺘﺤﮑﺎم وﮐﺮﻧﺶ ﺷﮑﺴﺖ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺣﺎوي ﻣﯿﮑﺮوآﻟﯿﺎژ Ti ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ MPa 1070 و 24 درﺻﺪ ﮔﺰارش ﺷﺪ. اﺳﺘﺤﮑﺎم و ﮐﺮﻧﺶ ﺷﮑﺴﺖ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺣﺎوي ﻣﯿﮑﺮوآﻟﯿﺎژ Nb ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ MPa 980 و 19 درﺻﺪ ﮔﺰارش ﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
In the present study, the effect of Ti and Nb microalloying elements on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the quench-partitioned (Q-P) steel was investigated. The samples containing Ti and Nb micro-alloying elements were subjected to Q-P heat treatment and quench-Tempering (Q-T). After Q-P and Q-T heat treatment, the properties of the samples were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray analysis (XRD), microhardness, tensile tests and. The results showed that Q-P heat treatment of both sample has better mechanical properties compared to Q-T heat treatment. In the Q-P heat treatment, the plasticity of the sample containing Ti microalloy is higher than that of the Nb microalloy sample. In the Q-P heat treatment, the amount of retained austenite (γR) for the sample containing Ti is higher than that of the sample containing Nb. Fracture strength and strain of the sample containing Ti were recorded 1070 MPa and 24%, respectively. The fracture strength and strain of the sample containing Nb were also recorded 980 MPa and 19%, respectively.
