چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﻬﺮهﺑﺮداري از ﻣﺨﺰن ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻮﺿـﻮﻋﺎت ﮐﻠﯿﺪي در ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ ﮔﻮﻧﺎﮔﻮن ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ آب ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻃﺮحﻫﺎي ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪرﯾﺰي ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ آب ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻻ ﺑﻪ ﺟﻨﺒﻪﻫﺎي ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻦ آب ﺑﺮاي ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي ﻣﺼـﺮﻓﯽ و اﺛﺮات زﯾﺴـﺖﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ آن ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷـﺪ؛ و در اﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺎن اﺛﺮات اﯾﻦ ﻃﺮحﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ اﻧﺮژي ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪي در ﻧﯿﺮوﮔﺎهﻫﺎ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻗﺮار ﻧﻤﯽﮔﯿﺮد. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺳـﻌﯽ ﺷـﺪه اﺛﺮات ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﻣﻨﺤﻨﯽ ﻓﺮﻣﺎن ﺳـﺪ ﻣﻬﺎﺑﺎد در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ دو ﺳـﻨﺎرﯾﻮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻣﺨﺰن از زاوﯾﻪ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ اﻧﺮژي ﺑﺮﻗﺎﺑﯽ در ﺳـﺪ )ﻣﻬﺎﺑﺎد( و ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻦ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي ﺣﺪاﮐﺜﺮي ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ دﺳـﺖ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳـﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﯿﺮد. ﺳـﻨﺎرﯾﻮﻫﺎي ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪرﯾﺰي ﺷـﺎﻣﻞ ﺳـﻨﺎرﯾﻮ I )ﺣﻔﻆ ﺣﺠﻢ ﻣﺨﺰن ﺳـﺪ ﻣﻬﺎﺑﺎد در ﺷـﺮاﯾﻂ ﺧﺸـﮑﺴـﺎﻟﯽ و ﺗﺮﺳـﺎﻟﯽ در رﻗﻮم ﻧﺮﻣﺎل( و ﺳـﻨﺎرﯾﻮII )ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻦ ﺣﺪاﮐﺜﺮي
ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي ﮐﺸـﺎورزي و ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﺑﺮق آﺑﯽ( ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷـﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺷـﺒﯿﻪ ﺳـﺎزي ﺑﻪ ﺻـﻮرت ﻣﺎﻫﺎﻧﻪ وارد ﻣﺪل Hec-ResSim ﺷـﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﺪل ﺑﺮ اﺳـﺎس اﻃﻼﻋﺎت درﯾﺎﻓﺘﯽ از ﺷـﺮﮐﺖ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ آب، ﻣﺸـﺨﺼـﺎت ﻫﻨﺪﺳـﯽ ﻣﺨﺰن ﺳـﺪ ﻣﻬﺎﺑﺎد و اﻃﻼاﻋﺎت ﻣﺼـﺮفﮐﻨﻨﺪهﻫﺎي ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ دﺳـﺖ ﺳـﺪ ﻣﻬﺎﺑﺎد و ﻧﯿﺎز زﯾﺴـﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ رودﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﻬﺎﺑﺎد ﺗﺮﺳـﯿﻢ و ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ورودي وارد ﻣﺪل ﺷـﺒﯿﻪ ﺳـﺎز ﺷـﺪ. ﻣﺪل ﺑﺮاي ﯾﮏ دوره 29 ﺳـﺎﻟﻪ از ﺳـﺎل 1370 ﺗﺎ 1399 اﺟﺮا و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸـ ﺎن از ﺑﺮﺗﺮي ﺳـﻨﺎرﯾﻮ II ﺑﺮ ﺳـﻨﺎرﯾﻮ I داﺷـﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮرﯾﮑﻪ در ﺷـﺮاﯾﻂ اﺟﺮاي ﺳـﻨﺎرﯾﻮ II ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻦ ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﺸـﺎورزي از 30/7 درﺻــﺪ ﺑﻪ 63/3 درﺻــﺪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺑﻮد؛ ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺎ اﺟﺮاي ﺳــﻨﺎرﯾﻮ II ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ اﻧﺮژي ﺑﺮﻗﺂﺑﯽ از 38/1 ﻣﮕﺎوات در ﺳــﺎﻋﺖ ﺑﻪ 43/3 ﻣﮕﺎوات در ﺳﺎﻋﺖ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ داﺷﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Reservoir operation is one of the key issues among various water resources issues. In evaluating water resources planning projects, aspects of water supply for consumption needs and its environmental effects are usually considered, and among these, the effects of these projects on energy production in power plants are not considered. In this research, the effects of changing the control curve of Mahabad dam in the form of two scenarios of reservoir performance from the angle of hydropower generation in the dam (Mahabad) and meeting downstream needs are investigated. Planning scenarios include Scenario I (maintaining the reservoir volume of Mahabad Dam in drought and wet conditions in normal cultivar) and Scenario II (meeting the maximum needs of agriculture and hydropower generation) which was entered into the Hec-ResSim model for simulation. In this model, based on the information received from the Water Resources Management Company, the geometrical characteristics of the Mahabad Dam reservoir and the downstream consumer reforms of the Mahabad Dam and the environmental needs of the Mahabad River, the river system was drawn and entered as the Hec-ResSim simulator model. The model was implemented for a period of 29 years from 1991 to 1399 and the results showed the superiority of Scenario II over Scenario I, so that in the conditions of implementation of Scenario II, the supply of agricultural sector had increased from 30.7% to 63.3%. Scenario II Hydropower generation has increased from 38.1 MWh to 43.3 MWh.
