ارزيابي عوامل ريسك در زنجيره تامين به منظور انتخاب تامين كنندگان در صنعت پوشاك ورزشي

Assess risk factors in the supply chain in order to select suppliers in the sportswear industry

تحولات سريع جهاني سازمان ها را وادار كرده است تا در مورد مديريت ريسك در زنجيره تأمين بيشتر تحقيق كنند تا بتوانند بر شرايط ناامن اطراف خود غلبه كنند. تهيه كنندگان بايد مواد اوليه خود را به بهينه ترين حالت ممكن تهيه كنند. انتخاب تامين كنندگان به گونه اي كه احتمال وقوع ريسك هاي تامين را كمينه كند، گامي اساسي درجهت كنترل و كاهش ريسك ها به شمار مي رود. بنابراين ارزيابي عوامل ريسك در زنجيره تامين به منظور انتخاب تامين كنندگان در صنعت پوشاك ورزشي از اهميت بسزايي برخوردار است. روش تحقيق توصيفي-تحليلي بود. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش مديران شركت هاي توليدي البسه ورزشي و متخصصين و صاحب نظران در حوزه بازاريابي و مديريت ورزشي بود كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري در دسترس به تعداد 38 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه گيري بكار رفته در تحقيق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود كه روايي آن توسط چندين تن از خبرگان در اين زمينه تاييد و پايايي آن بالاي 0.70 گزارش شده است. در مرحله اول از روش دو مرحله اي دلفي، عوامل ريسك در زنجيره تامين به منظور انتخاب تامين كنندگان مورد شناسايي قرار گرفتند و سپس با استفاده از تكنيك تحليل تاكسونومي به رتبه بندي عوامل ريسك از لحاظ اهميت آنها در زنجيره تامين پرداخته شد. نتايج نشان داد كه (ريسك 14) در واقع "كمبود مواد اوليه ناشي از بي ثباتي تامين كنندگان "به ازاي (0.3146 Fio =) به عنوان رتبه اول يا بحراني ترين ريسك مي باشد.

Rapid global developments have forced organizations to do more research on risk management in the supply chain, Until they can overcome the insecure conditions around them. Manufacturers must procure their raw materials in the best possible way. Selecting suppliers in a way that minimizes the likelihood of supply risks is an essential step in controlling and reducing risks, in other words, supply chain risk management. Therefore, assessing the risk factors in the supply chain in order to select suppliers in the sportswear industry is very important. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study was the managers of sportswear companies and specialists and experts in the field of marketing and sports management. Using available sampling method, 38 people were selected as a statistical sample. The measurement tool used in the research was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity has been confirmed by several experts in this field and its reliability has been reported above 0.70. In the first stage, the Delphi G-step method was used, and risk factors in the supply chain were identified in order to select suppliers, and then the taxonomic analysis technique was used to rank the risk factors in terms of their importance in the supply chain. The results of this study showed that (Risk 14) in fact "raw material shortages due to supplier instability" in exchange for (Fio = 0.3146 ) As the first or most critical risk.
