چكيده فارسي :
ﻣطﺎلعهﺣﺎﺿر به ﻣﻧظور ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﺛر ﮐﺎرﺑرد ﭘروﺑﯾوﺗﯾﮏ ﺑﺎﮐﺗوﺳل ﺑر روي ﺷﺎﺧص ھﺎ ي رﺷد، ﭘﺎراﻣﺗرھﺎي ﺧوﻧﯽ و اﯾﻣﻧﯽ ﻣﺎھﯽ ﺑﻧﯽ ) Mesopotamichthys sharpeyi( اﻧﺟﺎم ﺷد. در اﯾن ﺗﺣﻘﯾﻖ 360ﻗطﻌﮫ ﻣﺎھﯽ ﺑﻧﯽ ﺑﮫ وزن اوﻟﯾﮫ 1/75± 16/56 ﮔرم در ﺗﺎﻧﮏھﺎ ي ﻣرﮐز ﺗﺣﻘﯾﻘﺎت ﺗﮑﺛﯾر و ﭘرورش آﺑزﯾﺎن داﻧﺷﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اھواز رھﺎﺳﺎزي ﺷدﻧد. ﭘس از 7روز ﺳﺎزﮔﺎري، اﯾن ﻣﺎھﯾﺎن در 12ﺗﺎﻧﮏ و 4ﺗﯾﻣﺎر و ﺗﺣت ﻋﻧوان ﺗﯾﻣﺎر ﺷﺎھد، ﺗﯾﻣﺎر 1ﺑﺎ 1درﺻد ﭘروﺑﯾوﺗﯾﮏ، ﺗﯾﻣﺎر 2 ﺑﺎ 2 درﺻد ﭘروﺑﯾوﺗﯾﮏ، ﺗﯾﻣﺎر 3 ﺑﺎ 3 درﺻد ﭘروﺑﯾوﺗﯾﮏ ﺗﻘﺳﯾم ﺷدﻧد. ﻧﺗﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺷﺎن داد ﺷﺎﺧص ھﺎي رﺷد ﺗﯾﻣﺎرھﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺷﯽ ﺗﻐذﯾﮫﺷده ﺑﺎ ﭘروﺑﯾوﺗﯾﮏ در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺳﮫ ﺑﺎ ﮔروه ﺷﺎھد ﺑﮫ طور ﻣﻌﻧﯽداري اﻓزاﯾش ﭘﯾداﮐرده اﺳت )P<0/05( و ﻣﺎھﯾﺎن ﺗﻐذ ﯾﮫﺷده ﺑﺎ ﺟﯾره ﺣﺎوي 2ﮔرم ﭘروﺑﯾوﺗﯾﮏ رﺷد ﺑﮭﺗري ﻧﺳﺑت ﺑﮫ ﺗﯾﻣﺎرھﺎي دﯾﮕر و ﺷﺎھد داﺷﺗﻧد. ﭘﺎراﻣﺗرھﺎي ﺧوﻧﯽ ﺷﺎﻣل ﮔﻠﺑولھﺎي ﻗرﻣز، ﮔﻠﺑول ھﺎي ﺳﻔﯾد، MCVو ھﻣﺎﺗوﮐرﯾت در ﺗﯾﻣﺎر ﺷﺎھد ﻋﻣﻠﮑرد ﺑﮭﺗري در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺳﮫ ﺑﺎ ﭘروﺑﯾوﺗﯾﮏ داﺷﺗﻧد )P<0/05(. ﻓﺎﮐﺗورھﺎي اﯾﻣﻧﯽ ﮐﻣﭘﻠﻣﺎن، ﻗدرت ﺑﺎﮐﺗريﮐﺷﯽ و ﻟﯾزوزﯾم ﻧﯾز ﺗﺣت ﺗﺄﺛﯾر ﭘروﺑﯾوﺗﯾﮏ ﻗرار ﮔرﻓﺗﻧد ﮐﮫ در ﻣورد ﮐﻣﭘﻠﻣﺎن ھر 3ﺗﯾﻣﺎر ﭘروﺑﯾوﺗﯾﮑﯽ، در ﻣورد ﺑﺎﮐﺗري ﮐﺷﯽ ﺗﯾﻣﺎر 3و ﻟﯾزوزﯾم ﺗﯾﻣﺎرھﺎي 1 و 3ﻧﺳﺑت ﺑﮫ ﺷﺎھد اﻓزاﯾش ﻣﻌﻧﯽداري داﺷﺗﻧد )P<0/05(. درﻣﺟﻣوع ﻧﺗﺎﯾﺞ ﺑررﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯾر ﭘروﺑﯾوﺗﯾﮏ ﺑﺎﮐﺗوﺳل ﺑر روي ﺷﺎﺧص ھﺎي رﺷدي و اﯾﻣﻧﯽ ﻣﺎھﯽ ﺑﻧﯽ، ﻧﺷﺎندھﻧده ﺗﺄﺛﯾر ﻣﺛﺑت اﯾن ﭘروﺑﯾوﺗﯾﮏ ﺑﺧﺻوص در دوز 2درﺻد ﺑر روي ﺷﺎﺧص ھﺎي رﺷد و اﯾﻣﻧﯽ اﺳت ﮐﮫ ﻣﯽﺗواﻧد ﺑﮫ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣت ﻣﺎھﯽ ﺑﻧﯽ در ﺑراﺑر ﻋواﻣل ﺑﯾﻣﺎريزا و ﺷراﯾط ﻧﺎﻣﺳﺎﻋد ﻣﺣﯾطﯽ در ﺷراﯾط ﭘرورﺷﯽ ﮐﻣﮏ ﮐﻧد.
چكيده لاتين :
The present study was performed to evaluate the effect of Bactocell probiotic application on growth indices, blood parameters and immunity of Mesopotamichthys sharpeyi. In this study, 360 fish with an initial weight of 16.56 75 1.75 g were released in tanks at the Aquatic Reproduction and Breeding Research Center of Ahvaz Islamic Azad University. After 7 days of adaptation, these fish were divided into 12 tanks under the title of control treatment, treatment 1 with 1%, treatment 2 with 2% probiotic, treatment 3 with 3% probiotic. The results showed that the growth indices of experimental treatments fed with probiotics increased significantly compared to the control group (P<0.05) and fish fed diets containing 2 g of probiotics had better growth than other treatments and controls. Blood parameters including red blood cells, white blood cells, MCV and hematocrit had better performance in the control treatment compared to probiotics (P<0.05). Complement safety factors, bactericidal power and lysozyme were also affected by probiotics, which had a significant increase in complement of all 3 probiotic treatments, in bactericidal treatment in treatment 3 and lysozyme in treatments 1 and 3 compared to the control (P<0.05). Overall, the results of the study of the effect of Bactocell probiotic on growth and safety indices of Bani fish show the positive effect of this probiotic, especially at a dose of 2% on growth and safety indices, which can make Bani fish resistant to pathogens and adverse environmental conditions. Assist in breeding conditions.
