نگاهي تازه به آخرين روش هاي درماني ترميمي و مكمل در آسيب هاي اندام حركتي اسب هاي ورزشي: با تاكيد بر ضايعات بافت نرم

A fresh look at the latest treatment methods of complementary and regenerative medicine in sports horse Injuries: With an emphasis on soft tissue disorders

امروزه با توجه به فشردگي بالاي مسابقات ورزشي و بروز آسيب هاي بيشتر، نقش طب ورزشي در به حداقل رساندن طول دوره درمان و برگشت دام به عملكرد قبلي با حداكثر توان پر رنگ تر از قبل شده است. روش هاي درماني غير رايجي براي اين امر به كار بسته مي شود، اما مورد پذيرش همه پزشكان و دامپزشكان در سراسر دنيا نميباشد. بايد طب مكمل يا جايگزين را نوعي روش درماني دانست كه در دنياي پزشكي امروز قرار ندارد و يا حتي ثبت نشده است، اما برخي از افراد و جوامع از آن به عنوان بهترين روش درماني ياد مي‌كنند و براي آن شاخه‌ها و زير مجموعه‌هايي حرفه اي تعريف مي‌نمايند. اما شاخه غير مرسوم ديگري جهت درمان بيماري ها طب ترميمي يا بازساختي است. در سال هاي اخير، پيشرفت هايي در بيولوژي سلولي، ايمونولوژي ژنتيك و رشته هاي ديگر، موجب شده پزشكي ترميمي بتواند مراقبت هاي بهداشتي را به طور اساسي تغيير دهد. از جمله وظايف سازمانهاي دولتي و بين المللي كه در امر بهداشت و درمان فعاليت دارند اين است كه اطلاع رساني درست و آگاهي بخشي مناسبي نسبت به تمام رشته هاي طب مكمل و ترميمي براي درمانگران و مالكين اسب-ها ايجاد كنند تا هر فرد پس از بررسي و مشاوره گرفتن، به فراخور نياز و مشكلات خود از اين شاخه هاي طب استفاده كند. در ساليان اخير پيشرفت-هاي شگرفي در زمينه اين دو شاخه طب غير مرسوم در كشورهاي اروپايي و آمريكاي شمالي در سطح آكادميك و مجامع علمي دامپزشكي به خصوص در شاخه طب ورزشي ايجاد شده است.

Nowadays, due to compression of sports competitions and the occurrence of more injuries, the role of sports medicine in minimizing the recovery and returning the animal to its previous performance with maximum power is more prominent than before. Various remedies are employed for these cases, but they are not accepted by all physician and veterinarian around the world. Complementary or alternative medicine should be considered as a type of treatment that is not in the medical world today or is not even registered, but some individuals and communities refer to it as the best treatment and define professional branches and sub-categories for it. But another unusual branch for treating diseases is regenerative or reconstructive medicine. In recent years, advances in cell biology, genetic immunology, and other fields have enabled regenerative medicine to fundamentally change health care. One of the duties of governmental and international organizations working in the field of health and treatment is to provide proper information and appropriate awareness of all fields of complementary and regenerative medicine for therapists and horse owners so that each person, after reviewing and consulting, can use these branches of medicine according to their needs and problems. Recently, significant progress has been made in the field of these two branches of unconventional medicine in European countries and North America at the academic level and veterinary scientific societies, especially in the field of sports medicine. Unfortunately, this type of treatment has not been used properly in our country so far and has caused these treatments to remain unknown or to be performed in the wrong way, and not only do they not have therapeutic benefits, but they also cause serious injuries to horses. Therefore, in this paper, we intend to study in detail these treatment methods and their scientific basis in equine medicine and explain the therapeutic effects of these methods in disorders of the horse's locomotor organs.
