تحليل وضعيت استفاده كتابداران از قابليت‌هاي نرمافزارهاي كتابخانه‌اي در كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي شهر كرمانشاه و تأثير متغيرهاي جمعيتشناختي بر بهره گيري از اين قابليتها

Analysis of the Status of Library Software’s Utilization in University Libraries of Kermanshah

هدف پژوهش، شناسايي وضعيت استفاده كتابداران از قابليت‌هاي نرم افزارهاي كتابخانه اي در كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي شهر كرمانشاه و تأثير متغيرهاي جمعيت شناختي بر بهره گيري از اين قابليتها بوده است. پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و ازلحاظ روش، پيمايشي – تحليلي بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامي كتابداران كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي شهر كرمانشاه به تعداد 45 نفر بوده است كه به‌صورت سرشماري انجام شد. ابزار گردآوري دادهها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده و براي تجزيه‌وتحليل داده ها، از آزمونهاي تي مستقل، تحليل واريانس يك‌طرفه استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كتابداران از قابليت‌هاي نرم افزارهاي كتابخانه اي در بخش امانت، خروجي و آماده سازي بيشترين استفاده و در بخش جستجو كمترين استفاده را به عمل آورده اند. كتابداران كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي شهر كرمانشاه، توانايي خوبي در استفاده از قابليت‌هاي امانت، مديريت، شبكه، سازماندهي، ورود اطلاعات، خروجي و آماده سازي دارند ولي در بخش جستجو، عملكرد آن‌ها مطلوب نيست؛ بنابراين لازم است آموزش و آگاهي لازم در مورد قابليت‌هاي اين قسمت، به كتابداران ارائه‌شده و طراحان نرم افزارهاي كتابخانه اي نيز با توجه به نيازهاي كتابداران، اين بخش را موردبازنگري قرار دهند.

Purpose: The purpose of research was to investigate the status of the librarians’ usage of library software capabilities in Kermanshah academic libraries as well as the effect of demographic factors on taking advantages of these capabilities. Methodology: This research was applied emploring analytical survey. The survey population included the total 45 librarians in Kermanshah Academic libraries on whom the census was conducted. Data were gathered by a researcher-made questionnaire.and for data analysis, independent t test, one way ANOVA and SPSS 22 software were used. Findings: The findings showed that librarians mostly use the library software's capabilities were used in circulation and output and processing the most; and the least use was related to searching. Originality: Librarians of Kermanshah University Libraries have a good ability in using circulation, management, Organization and input of information, output and processing of library software capabilities, but in the searching capability, their performance is not desirable. Therefore, it is necessary to provide librarians with the necessary training and awareness about the capabilities in this section, and library designers should review this section according to the needs of librarians.
