ارائه الگوي توسعه بافت‌هاي با ارزش روستايي جهت توسعه گردشگري روستايي دهستان سمام (شهرستان املش استان گيلان)

Providing a model for the development of valuable rural textures for the development of rural tourism in Samam village (Amlash County, Gilan Province)

هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوي بهينه برنامه‌ريزي توسعه بافت‌هاي با ارزش روستايي جهت توسعه گردشگري با تاكيد بر گردشگري روستايي دهستان سمام شهرستان املش مي‌باشد. تحقيق حاضر از لحاظ هدف (نوع استفاده) يك تحقيق كاربردي است. از نظر روش انجام دادن تحقيق به طور كلي، اين تحقيق يك تحقيق توصيفي- تحليلي است. جامعه آماري مورد پژوهش شامل 32 نفر از كارشناسان مربوطه بوده كه حجم نمونه براي كارشناسان به شيوه كل سرشماري بهره گرفته شد. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه 36 سوالي در بخش بافت با ارزش و 28 سوال در بخش توسعه گردشگري روستايي است. براي بررسي روايي پرسشنامه از نظر 5 نفر از متخصصين حوزه برنامه‌ريزي روستايي استفاده شده و روايي آن چندين بار مورد بررسي قرار گرفت و همچنين از روايي سازه‌اي بر اساس تحليل عاملي تاييدي استفاده شده است. براي بررسي پايايي نيز از آلفاي كرونباخ بهره گرفته شد كه مقدار آن 0/84 و در وضعيت مطلوبي است. در قسمت تحليل داده‌ها به كمك نرم‌ افزارهاي spss22 و Smart PLS به بررسي سؤالات تحقيق با استفاده از مدل‌سازي معادلات ساختاري و آزمون تحليل عاملي تاييدي پرداخته شد. نتايج نشان داد كه به طور كلي برنامه‌ريزي توسعه بافت هاي باارزش روستايي بر توسعه گردشگري تاثيرگذار بوده است. در اين ميان شاخص اقتصادي بر توسعه گردشگري، شاخص اجتماعي بر توسعه گردشگري و شاخص كالبدي بر توسعه گردشگري اثرگذار بوده است. بر اين ميان شاخص كالبدي بر توسعه گردشگري بيشترين تاثير و شاخص اجتماعي بر توسعه گردشگري كمترين تاثير را داشته است.

The purpose of this study is to provide an optimal planning model for the development of valuable rural textures for tourism development with emphasis on rural tourism in Samam village in Amlash district. The present study is an applied research in terms of purpose (type of use). In terms of the method of conducting research in general, this research is a descriptive-analytical research. The statistical population of the study included 32 relevant experts, whose sample size for experts was used in the whole census method. The research tools include a questionnaire of 36 questions in the valuable tissue section and 28 questions in the rural tourism development section. To evaluate the validity of the questionnaire, the opinion of 5 experts in the field of rural planning was used, and its validity was examined several times, and also the validity of the structure based on confirmatory factor analysis was used. For reliability, Cronbach's alpha was used, which is 0.84 and in good condition. In the data analysis section, using spss22 and Smart PLS software, research questions were examined using structural equation modeling and confirmatory factor analysis test. The results showed that, in general, planning the development of valuable rural textures has affected the development of tourism. Among these, the economic index has affected tourism development, the social index has influenced tourism development, and the physical index has influenced tourism development. Among these, the physical index had the most impact on tourism development, and the social index had impact on tourism development.
