بررسي اثربخشي روش‌هاي آموزش كارآفريني در دانشگاه علوم كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي گرگان

Evaluation of the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education methods in Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources

كليد موفقيت در آموزش كارآفريني، شناسائي اثربخش‌ترين روش براي ارتقاء دانش و مهارت‌هاي مورد نياز در بين دانشجويان است. با بررسي اثربخشي روش‌هاي مختلف آموزش كارآفريني مي‌توان درك عميق‌تري در خصوص انتخاب روش‌هاي مؤثر، در بهبود نيازهاي آموزشي دانشجويان و همچنين ايجاد تنوع در تكنيك‌هاي آموزشي ايجاد كرد. بنابراين، هدف از اين مطالعه بررسي اثربخشي روش‌هاي آموزش كارآفريني براي دانشجويان در دانشگاه علوم كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي گرگان و ارائه توصيه‌ها و دستورالعمل‌هاي بهبود است. جامعه آماري شامل كليه دانشجوياني بود كه درس كارآفريني را طي سال‌هاي 1395 تا 1398 گذرانده‌ بودند. با انجام يك مطالعه پيمايشي و گردآوري اطلاعات از 241 نفر از دانشجويان، اثربخشي 19 روش آموزشي كه در درس كارآفريني تجربه شده بود بررسي شد. نتايج نشان داد كه روش‌هاي مطالعه جزوه درسي و انواع بازديدهاي علمي از كسب‌وكارهاي مرتبط ‌بخش كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي و همچنين صنعتي، مشاركت در رويدادهاي برگزارشده توسط مركز كارآفريني دانشگاه و سخنراني كارآفرينان مدعو در كلاس درس بيشتر استفاده شده است. در بين اين روش‌ها جزوه درسي كمترين ميزان اثربخشي را داشته است اما دانشجويان معتقد بودند كه بازديدهاي علمي، سخنران مهمان و فعاليت در عملي در پارك كسب‌وكار اثربخشي قابل توجهي در ارتقاء دانش و مهارت آنها داشته‌ است. نتايج آزمون ويلكاكسون نشان داد شكاف نمره وضعيت موجود و ميزان اثربخشي قابل توجه بود.

The key to success in entrepreneurship education is identifying the most effective way to enhance the required knowledge and skills among students. By examining the effectiveness of different methods of entrepreneurship education, a deeper understanding of the choice of effective methods can be created to improve the educational needs of students and also to create diversity in educational techniques. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education methods for students at Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources and to provide recommendations and guidelines for improvement. The target population included all students who had passed the entrepreneurship course during the years 2016 to 2019. By conducting a survey study and collecting data from 241 students, the effectiveness of 19 teached educational methods in the entrepreneurship course was evaluated. The results showed that the methods of studying the textbook and various types of scientific visits to related businesses in agriculture and natural resources as well as industrial sectors, participation in events organized by the University Entrepreneurship Center and lectures by invited entrepreneurs in the classroom were used more. Among these methods, the textbook was the least effective, but the students believed that scientific visits, guest speakers, and activities in a business park had a significant effect on improving their knowledge and skills. The results of Wilcoxon test showed that the gap between the current status score and the effectiveness rate was significant.
