دگرديسي قدرت سياسي شيعيان عراق با تاثيرپذيري از انقلاب اسلامي ايران

با اينكه شيعيان بزرگ ترين گروه جمعيتي عراق را تشكيل مي دهند، به دليل سياست هاي تمركزگرايانه حزب بعث در انزوا و محروميت بودند. رخداد انقلاب اسلامي ايران تاثيري عميق در شيعيان عراق بر جاي گذاشت؛ و سبب ايجاد سازمان هاي مخالف و انقلابي شيعه در برابر رژيم بعث گرديد؛ هر چند اين تهديد از سوي حزب بعث، سياست هاي ضدشيعي بعث را شدت داد، اما گفتمان شيعي عراق در سال 1979 توانست با تاثيرپذيري از انقلاب اسلامي ايران فعال شوند. پژوهش حاضر با روش توصيفي -تحليلي درپي پاسخ گويي به اين پرسش است كه چگونه قدرت سياسي شيعيان عراق با تاثيرپذيري از انقلاب اسلامي ايران، دچار دگرديسي شده است؟ فرضيه اي كه مقاله حاضر از معبر آن به مساله مي پردازد اين است كه «جنبش شيعي در عراق با الهام از انقلاب اسلامي ايران توانست گفتمان جديدي را ايجاد كند كه منجر به دگرديسي قدرت در عراق شد». يافته هاي پژوهش حكايت از آن دارد كه جنبش شيعي عراق براي خروج از انزوا و تاثيرگذاري در سه مرحله انقلاب 1958، شكست كودتاي حزب بعث (1963) و انتفاضه صفر 1977 پديدار شد؛ اما شكل گيري گفتمان نوين شيعي عراق با تاثيرپذيري از انقلاب اسلامي ايران از طريق فعال شدن پايگاه روحانيت شيعي و گروه هاي مخالف بود.

Although Shiites make up Iraq's largest demographic group, they have been isolated and excluded by the Ba'athist's centralist policies. The event of the Islamic Revolution of Iran had a profound effect on the Shiites of Iraq; an‎d led to the creation of Shiite opposition and revolutionary organizations against the Ba'athist regime; Although this threat from the Ba'ath party intensified Ba'athist anti-Shiite policies, the Iraqi Shiite discourse in 1979 was able to be activated by the influence of the Iranian Islamic Revolution. The present study uses a descriptive-analytical method to answer the question of how the political power of the Iraqi Shiites has been transformed by the influence of the Islamic Revolution of Iran? The hypothesis that this article addresses is that "the Shiite movement in Iraq, inspired by the Islamic Revolution of Iran, was able to create a new discourse that led to the transformation of power in Iraq." The findings of the study indicate that the Iraqi Shiite movement emerged to break out of isolation and influence the three phases of the 1958 revolution, the defeat of the Ba'athist coup (1963) and the 1977 zero intifada; But the formation of the new Iraqi Shiite discourse was influenced by the Islamic Revolution of Iran through the activation of the Shiite clergy base and opposition groups.
