ه: در ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ اﻓﺰودن ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﻫﺎي ﮐﺮﺑﻨﻰ ﺑﺮ رﻓﺘﺎر ﮐﺸﺸﻰ و ﺧﻤﺸﻰ ﮐﺎﻣﭙﻮزﯾﺖ ﻫﺎي زﻣﯿﻨﻪ اﭘﻮﮐﺴﻰ ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ اﻟﯿﺎف ﺑﺎزاﻟﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﻰ ﺷﺪ. در ﮔﺎم ﻧﺨﺴﺖ و ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮﻫﻢ ﮐﻨﺶ ﻣﻄﻠﻮب ﺗﺮ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ اﭘﻮﮐﺴﻰ، اﺻﻼح ﺳﻄﺤﻰ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﻫﺎي ﮐﺮﺑﻨﻰ اﺻﻼح ﺳﻄﺤﯽ ﺷﺪه در درﺻﺪﻫﺎي وزﻧﻰ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ )0/1% ، 0/3% و 0/5%( اﻧﺠﺎم و در اداﻣﻪ ﻣﺨﻠﻮط ﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان زﻣﯿﻨﻪ در ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﮐﺎﻣﭙﻮزﯾﺖ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ اﻟﯿﺎف ﺑﺎزاﻟﺖ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻰ اﺛﺮ اﻓﺰودن ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﻫﺎي ﮐﺮﺑﻨﻰ ﺑﺮ رﻓﺘﺎر ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯿﮑﯽ ﮐﺎﻣﭙﻮزﯾﺖ ﻫﺎ آزﻣﻮﻧﻬﺎي ﮐﺸﺶ و ﺧﻤﺶ ﺳﻪ ﻧﻘﻄﻪ اي روي آﻧﻬﺎ ﺻﻮرت ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ اوﻻ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﻰ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻟﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎي ﮐﺮﺑﻨﻰ اﺻﻼح ﺳﻄﺤﻰﺷﺪه ﺑﺮ اﺳﺘﺤﮑﺎم ﮐﺸﺸﻰ و ﺧﻤﺸﻰ در ﮐﺎﻣﭙﻮزﯾﺖﻫﺎي ﺣﺎوي 0/3 درﺻﺪ وزﻧﻰ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﮐﺮﺑﻨﻰ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺛﺎﻧﯿﺎ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﻫﺎي ﮐﺮﺑﻨﻰ در ﯾﮏ ﻣﻘﺪار ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺘﺤﮑﺎم ﺧﻤﺸﻰ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ از ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻫﻤﺎن ﻣﯿﺰان ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﮐﺮﺑﻨﻰ ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد اﺳﺘﺤﮑﺎم ﮐﺸﺸﻰ ﺑﻮد. ﺛﺎﻟﺜﺎ روﻧﺪ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات اﻧﺮژي ﺷﮑﺴﺖ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻘﺪار ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﮐﺮﺑﻨﻰ اﻓﺰودهﺷﺪه ﻣﺸﺎﺑﻪ اﺳﺘﺤﮑﺎم ﮐﺸﺸﻰ و ﺧﻤﺸﻰ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻮد، ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺟﺬب اﻧﺮژي در ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﺎ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺣﺎوي 0/3 درﺻﺪ وزﻧﻰ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﮐﺮﺑﻨﻰ ﺑﺎ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد 35% ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺷ
چكيده لاتين :
In the present study, the effect of adding carbon nanotubes on the tensile and
flexural behavior of basalt fiber reinforced epoxy composites was investigated. In the first
step, in order to better interact the nanotubes with the epoxy surface, their surface
modification was performed. Surface-modified carbon nanotubes were applied at different
weight percentages relative to the matrix (0.1%, 0.3%, and 0.5%) and then the resulting
mixtures were used as a matrix in the fabrication of basalt fiber-reinforced composites. In
order to investigate the effect of adding carbon nanotubes on the mechanical behavior of
composites, three-point tensile and flexural tests were performed on them. The results show
that, firstly, the highest effectiveness of surface-modified carbon nanotubes on tensile and
flexural strength is obtained in composites containing 0.3% by weight. Secondly, the positive
effect of carbon nanotubes in a certain amount on flexural strength is greater than the effect
of the same amount on the improvement of tensile strength. Energy was obtained in a sample
containing 0.3% by weight.
