معرفي و نقد كتاب «سير تحول خشونت، ادب و غم در جامعۀ ايران؛ نقض امنيت اجتماعي»

امنيت اجتماعي و تأمين آن يكي از مهم­ترين دغدغه­ هاي ارگان­هاي امنيتي كشور جمهوري اسلامي ايران است كه مي­توان آن را از زواياي مختلف بررسي كرد. يكي از موارد مهم و ريشه­ اي در بحث امنيت اجتماعي، نيروهاي انساني يا افراد جامعه هستند كه آن اجتماع را تشكيل داده­ اند. خصوصيات رفتاري افراد جامعه تحت­ تأثير عوامل مختلف فرهنگي، اجتماعي، سياسي، اقتصادي و ... تغيير مي­كند و اين تغيير مي­تواند درراستاي تأمين امنيت اجتماعي يا درخلاف جهت آن قرار بگيرد. بر اين اساس، بررسي تغييرات ويژگي­هاي رفتاري افراد جامعه در گذر زمان، ريشه­يابي تغيير رفتاري افراد جامعه در سطح كلان و اتخاذ سياست­هاي مناسب جهت افزايش ويژگي­هاي مثبت رفتاري و كاهش موارد منفي، اهميت بسياري دارد. كتاب ارزشمند «سير تحول خشونت، ادب و غم در جامعۀ ايران؛ نفض امنيت اجتماعي» به ­قلم دكتر مهرداد مشكين ­فام، منتشرشده به ­وسيلۀ دفتر تحقيقات كاربردي فرماندهي انتظامي استان همدان، در سال 1400، چند مورد از عوامل مؤثر بر امنيت اجتماعي را كه خشونت، ادب و غم هستند، در جامعۀ ايران در چندين دهه مورد بررسي قرار داده ­است. نگارنده در پنج فصل به­بررسي ميزان تغيير عوامل فوق و تأثير آن­ها بر امنيت اجتماعي كشور و ارائۀ راه­كارهايي در اين حوزه، به­ منظور بهبود امنيت اجتماعي و درواقع، رعايت حقوق عامه پرداخته­است. درادامه، خلاصه ­اي از هر فصل را ارائه مي­دهيم.

Social security is among the most important concerns of the security organizations in the Islamic Republic of Iran, which can be investigated from different views. One of the significant issues in the explanation of social security is human resources or people in that society. Therefore, the changes study of individuals' behavioral characteristics in the society through time is necessary in order to find the root of behavioral changes in the society at the macro level and to adopt appropriate policies to increase positive behavioral characteristics and reduce negative ones. The valuable book "Violence, Politeness, and Sadness Change Scale in Iran's Society; Social Security Violation" written by Mehrdad Meshkinfam (PhD) in 2021 published by Applied Research Office of Hamedan Police investigates several factors affecting social security; which are violence, politeness, and sadness in the Iranian society. In five chapters, the author examines the extent of change in the mentioned factors and their impact on social security in Iran and offers solutions in this area in order to improve social security. The following is a summary and critique of each section.
