چكيده فارسي :
ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻢ داﻧﺶ اﻣﺮي ﺣﯿﺎﺗﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎﺳﺖ از اﯾﻦ رو ﻫﺪف از اﺟﺮاي اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﻣﻘﺎﻻت ﻣﺮﺑﻮ در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻢ داﻧﺶ ﺑﻮد. روش ﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ: اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺷﯿﻮه ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺑﻬﺮه ﮔﯿﺮي از ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ داده ﺑﻨﯿﺎد اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را ﻣﻘﺎﻻت ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ داﺧﻠﯽ و ﺧﺎرﺟﯽ از ﺳﺎلﻫﺎي 2000 ﻣﯿﻼدي و 1388 ﺷﻤﺴﯽ ﺗﺎﮐﻨﻮن در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻢ داﻧﺶ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽدادﻧﺪ. ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﭘﺲ از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮐﺴﭗ ﺗﻌﺪاد 61 ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻢ داﻧﺶ را ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﮐﺮده ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ، وارد ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎي ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﻣﻘﺎﻻت و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار ﻣﮑﺲ ﮐﯿﻮ دياي، ﮐﺪﮔﺬاري ﻣﻘﺎﻻت ﺻﻮرت ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺘﺎً ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽﻫﺎي اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه 355 ﮐﺪ در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻻت در راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻢ داﻧﺶ وﺟﻮد داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ 13 ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ اﺻﻠﯽ و 39 ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪﮐﻪ ﻫﺮ ﯾﮏ از اﯾﻦ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎ ﻧﯿﺰ داراي ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد: ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﯽ ﮐﻪ در ﻣﻘﺎﻻت ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻢ داﻧﺶ ﺑﻪ آن اﺷﺎره ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺑﺴﺘﺮ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن و ﻫﻢ ﭼﻨﯿﻦ اﻧﮕﯿﺰهﻫﺎي ﺑﯿﺮوﻧﯽ و دروﻧﯽ اﻓﺮاد ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻢ داﻧﺶ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﺳﺮاﻧﺠﺎم ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﻈﺮﯾﻪ داده ﺑﻨﯿﺎد، ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪه در ﺷﺶ دﺳﺘﻪ ﮐﻠﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي و ﻣﺪل ﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ اراﺋﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺟﺮﯾﺎن ﻓﯽ ﻣﺎﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻢ داﻧﺶ در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Knowledge sharing is vital for organizations, so the purpose of this study was to analyze the content of related articles in the field of knowledge sharing.
Methodology: This research was conducted in the form of qualitative content analysis by using Grounded Theory qualitative Technique. The statistical population was consisted of various internal and external scientific articles on knowledge sharing from 1388hijri and 2009AD. For this purpose, 61 articles that directly examined the topic of knowledge sharing , entered the process of analysis after analyzing the Casp.Coding the articles was performed based on qualitative content analysis of articles and using the MAXQDA software.
Results: Finally, with the studies performed, there were 355 codes in these articles related to knowledge sharing, which led to the identification of 13 main variables and 39 components, each had its own indicators. The results showed that the most important factors mentioned in Knowledge Sharing Articles are organizational circumstances related to the organizational context as well as external and internal motivations for knowledge sharing.
Conclusion:Finally, based Grounded Theory Technique, the identified variables were catecorised in six general classification and final model which provide the connection between components in order to share knowledge in the organization.
