مقايسه بين اثر سرم هاي ايزوتونيك و هيپرتونيك نمكي بر شاخص هاي هماتولوژي و متابوليك در گربه ها

Comparison between the effects of isotonic and hypertonic saline solutions on hematologic and metabolic parameters in cats

ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﻫﺎي ﺳﺮم ﻧﻤﮑﯽ اﯾﺰوﺗﻮﻧﯿﮏ 0/9 درﺻﺪ و ﻫﯿﭙﺮﺗﻮﻧﯿــﮏ 7/2 درﺻــﺪ ﺑــﺮ ﻋﻼﯾــﻢ ﺣﯿــﺎﺗﯽ و ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﻫﻤﺎﺗﻮﻟﻮژي و ﻣﺘﺎﺑﻮﻟﯿﮏ در ﮔﺮﺑﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﻮد. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، 15 ﻗﻼده ﮔﺮﺑﻪ، در ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي ﮐﻨﺘﺮل )ﺑﺪون ﺗﺠــﻮﯾﺰ ﺳــﺮم(، ﺳــﺮم ﻧﻤﮑﯽ 0/9 درﺻﺪ )30 ﺳﯽﺳﯽ/ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم( و ﺳﺮم ﻧﻤﮑﯽ 7/2 درﺻﺪ )5 ﺳﯽﺳﯽ/ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم(، ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺗﻤﺎم ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﻫــﺎ در ﻣــﺪت زﻣــﺎن10 دﻗﯿﻘﻪ ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ ﺷﺪ. ﺧﻮنﮔﯿﺮي، ﺛﺒﺖ ﻋﻼﯾﻢ ﺣﯿﺎﺗﯽ و اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﻫﻤﺎﺗﻮﻟﻮژي و ﻣﺘﺎﺑﻮﻟﯿﮏ، در زﻣﺎنﻫﺎي ﺻﻔﺮ، 10، 30، 60 و 120 دﻗﯿﻘﻪ ﭘﺲ از ﺷﺮوع ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ، اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. در 10دﻗﯿﻘﻪ اول، ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺣﺠﻢ ﭘﻼﺳﻤﺎ در ﻫﺮ دو ﮔﺮوه ﺗﺤﺖ درﻣــﺎن ﺑــﺎ ﺳــﺮمﻫــﺎي ﻧﻤﮑــﯽ،ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﺸﻬﻮدي در ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﻫﻤﺎﺗﻮﻟﻮژي و ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﭘﻼﺳﻤﺎ رخ داد و ﺑﻪﺗﺪرﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ اوﻟﯿﻪ- در ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن 120 دﻗﯿﻘﻪ- ﺑﺎزﮔﺸﺖ. در ﺑﺴﯿﺎري از ﻣﻮارد، ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات در ﻫﺮ دو ﮔﺮوه ﺗﺤﺖ درﻣﺎن، ﻣﺸﺎﺑﻪ و ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ از ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺑﻮد. ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﺳــ ﺪﯾﻢ، ﻧﺸــﺎن داد ﮐــﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺳﺪﯾﻢ )ﻣﯿﻠﯽﻣــﻮل/ﻟﯿﺘﺮ( در ﮔــﺮوه C )164/8 ±1/2( در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴــﻪ ﺑــﺎ ﮔــﺮوهﻫــﺎي A )154/6 ±1/2( و B )153/3 ±1/4( ﺑﯿﺸــﺘﺮ ﺑــﻮد )P<0/001(. ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار ﮐﻠﺮ در ﮔﺮوه C )122 ±0/6(، ﻧﯿﺰ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي A)112 ±0/6( و B)113 ±0/7( ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﻮد )P<0/001(. ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار ﭘﺘﺎﺳﯿﻢ، ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري را ﺑﯿﻦ ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻧﺪاد )P>0/05(. ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈــﺮ ﻣــﯽرﺳــﺪ ﺗﺰرﯾــﻖ داﺧــﻞ ورﯾــﺪي ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﮐﻢ ﺳﺮم ﻧﻤﮑﯽ ﻫﯿﭙﺮﺗﻮﻧﯿﮏ و ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ زﯾﺎد ﺳﺮم ﻧﻤﮑﯽ اﯾﺰوﺗﻮﻧﯿﮏ، داراي آﺛﺎر ﻫﻤﺎﺗﻮﻟﻮژي و ﻣﺘﺎﺑﻮﻟﯿﮏ ﺗﻘﺮﯾﺒﺎً ﻣﺸﺎﺑﻬﯽ ﺑﺎﺷــﻨﺪ و ﺑﻨــﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ آﺳﺎنﺗﺮ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ اﻧﺪك از ﺳﺮمﻫﺎي ﻫﯿﭙﺮﺗﻮﻧﯿﮏ، ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ دﻟﺨﻮاه رﺳﯿﺪ.

The aim of the present study was to assess the effects of saline 0.9% isotonic and salin 7.2% hypertonic solutions, on vital signs and some hematological and metabolical indices in cats. In this survey, fifteen cats were evaluated in groups of control (without any solution), saline 0.9% (30 ml/kg) and saline 7.2% (5 ml/kg) respectively. All solutions were injected during 10 minutes. Blood sampling, recording of vital signs and measurement of some hematological and metabolical parameters were done at times zero, 10, 30, 60 and 120 minutes after the injection. According to the obtained results, with increasing of plasma volume in both two groups that were treated by salin solutions during the first 10 minute, evident reduction occured in some hematollogical indices and plasma protein and gradually retuned to the beginning level during 120 minutes. In many parameters, changes were similar and higher in both treated groups than control group. Comparison mean of sodium levels, showed a significant difference, so that the mean of sodium (mmol/L) in group C (164.8±1.2) was higher than groups A (154.6±1.2) and B (153.3±1.4) (P<0.001). The mean of chlorine level in group C (122±0.6) was higher than groups A (112±0.6) and B (113±0.7) (P<0.001). The mean of potassium did not show a significant difference between the different groups (P>0.05). It seems that intravenous injection of low levels of hypertonic salin and high levels of isotonic saline have almost similar hematological and metabolical effects, and thus it is easier to access the desired results with low amounts of hypertonic solutions.
