چكيده فارسي :
ﺳﻠﻨﯿﻮم ﯾﮑﯽ از اﺟﺰاي ﺳﻠﻨﻮﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦﻫﺎ و آﻧﺰﯾﻢﻫﺎي ﻣﻬﻢ ﺑﺪن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاي اﻋﻤﺎل دﻓﺎﻋﯽ آﻧﺘﯽاﮐﺴﯿﺪاﻧﯽ، ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻫﻮرﻣﻮنﻫﺎي ﺗﯿﺮوﺋﯿﺪ، ﺳﻨﺘﺰDNA، ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪﻣﺜﻞ و از ﺑﯿﻦ ﺑﺮدن ﺳﻠﻮلﻫﺎي ﺳﺮﻃﺎﻧﯽ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ذﺧﯿﺮه ﺧﻮن ﺗﻮﻣﻮرﻫﺎ ﺿﺮوري اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄ ﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ اﺛﺮ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺳﻠﻨﯿﻮم ﻣﻌﺪﻧﯽ و آﻟﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﺳﺮﻣﯽ ﺳﻠﻨﯿﻮم در اﺳﺐﻫﺎي ﭘﺮش ﺑﻮد. اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ روي 21راس اﺳﺐ ﺑﻪ ﻇﺎﻫﺮ ﺳﺎﻟﻢ ﻣﺎدﯾﺎن( د وﺧﻮن، در ﻣﺤﺪوده ﺳﻨﯽ 5ﺗﺎ 8ﺳﺎل و در ﯾﮑﯽ از ﺑ ﺎﺷﮕﺎهﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﺎن ﺗﻬﺮان اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. اﺳﺐﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﻪ دوﮔﺮوه ﺗﯿﻤﺎر و ﯾﮏ ﮔﺮوه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ؛ ﮔﺮوه اول )ﺷﺎﻫﺪ( ﺟﯿﺮه ﻋﺎدي ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺟﻮ، ﯾﻮﻧﺠﻪ و ﮐﺎه ﻓﺎﻗﺪ ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﺳﻠﻨﯿﻮم در ﯾﮏ دوره 28روزه درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﮐﺮد؛ اﺳﺐﻫﺎي ﮔﺮوه دوم ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ﺟﯿﺮه ﻋﺎدي، ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﺣﺎوي ﺳﻠﻨﯿﻮم ﻣﻌﺪﻧﯽ )NaSeO3( ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 1ﻣﯿﻠﯽﮔﺮم ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﮐﻨﺴﺎﻧﺘﺮه روزاﻧﻪ درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﮐﺮدﻧﺪ و ﮔﺮوه ﺳ ﻮم ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ﺟﯿﺮه ﻋﺎدي، ﻣﮑﻤﻞ آﻟﯽ ﺳﻠﻨﯿﻮم ﯾﺎ ﻣﺨﻤﺮ ﺳﻠﻨﯿﻮم ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 1ﻣﯿﻠﯽﮔﺮم در ﯾﮏ دوره ﻣﺸﺎﺑﻪ درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﮐﺮدﻧﺪ. در روزﻫﺎي ﺻﻔﺮ، 14و 28از ورﯾﺪ وداج ﺗﻤﺎم اﺳﺐﻫﺎي ﺷﺎﻫﺪ و ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺧﻮنﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪ و ﭘﺲ از ﺳﺎﻧﺘﺮﯾﻔﯿﻮژ، ﺳﺮم ﺟﺪا و ﻓﺮﯾﺰ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ . ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﺳﺮﻣﯽ ﺳﻠﻨﯿﻢ ﺑﺎ روش ﺟﺬب اﺗﻤﯽ و ﮔﻠﻮﺗـﺎﺗﯿﻮن ﭘﺮاﮐﺴﯿﺪاز ﺳﺮم ﺑﺎ ﮐﯿﺖ ﺑﯿﻮﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪ. ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﺳﺮﻣﯽ آﻧﺰﯾﻢ ﮔﻠﻮﺗـﺎﺗﯿﻮن ﭘﺮاﮐﺴﯿﺪاز ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري را ﺑﯿﻦ دو ﮔﺮوه ﺗﯿﻤﺎر در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﺷﺎﻫ ﺪ )0/05 ≤P( ﻧﺸﺎن داد. ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﺳﺮﻣﯽ ﺳﻠﻨﯿﻮم در روزﻫﺎي 14و 28در ﮔﺮو هﻫﺎي ﺗﯿﻤﺎر در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ، اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري داﺷﺖ )0/006 ≤P( ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ در ﮔﺮوه درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺳﻠﻨﯿﻮم آﻟﯽ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﻮد )0/004 P≤(. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﺳﻠﻨﯿﻮم در ﯾﮏ دوره 28روزه ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺳﻠﻨﯿﻮم ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز در اﺳﺐﻫﺎي ورزﺷﯽ را ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻦ ﮐﻨﺪ و آﻧﺰﯾﻢ ﮔﻠﻮﺗـﺎﺗﯿﻮن ﭘﺮاﮐﺴﯿﺪاز ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﯽ ﺑﺮاي ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺳﻠﻨﯿﻮ م در ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﺖ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Selenium is a component of some important selenoproteins and enzymes required for main functions in organisms as antioxidant defense, reduction of inflammation, thyroid hormone production, DNA synthesis, fertility, reproduction and killing cancer cells (by reducing the blood supply to tumors). This study was conducted to determine the effects of organic and inorganic selenium (Se) supplementation on serum Se status. In order to test the effect of organic Se supplementation vs inorganic Se, 21 healthy mix breed horses 5-8 years of age were randomly divided into three groups (control without Se, non-organic bolus, organic Se). Animals were located in control and treatment groups. Control group received only routine equine diet. First treatment group received routine diet plus premix (included 1 mg sodium selenite/day) for 28 days and a second group was supplemented with 1 mg commercially available –enriched yeast (O-Sel). Blood samples (5ml) were taken by venoject tube from jugular vein on day 0, 14 and 28. Blood sera selenium concentrations were measured using atomic absorption. Data were analyzed as a repeated measures design. Mean serum Se concentration on d 14 and 28 was greater (P<0.05) for Se-supplemented horses compared with CTRL horses, and tended (P<0.1) to be greater in ORG vs. INORG on d 28. The results of present study showed that use of selenium premix increased blood sera according to results and organic supplementation in horse appeared more efficient.
