چكيده فارسي :
نظام فرهنگي به‌عنوان مجموعه‌اي منسجم از باورها، ارزش‌ها و هنجارهايي كه براي تأمين هدفي خاص سامان داده مي‌شوند و داراي آثار و كاركرد اجتماعي هستند، يكي از اجزاي مهم نظامات اجتماعي جامعه محسوب مي‌شود و از اهميت و جايگاهي بالا در تحقق اهداف و آرمان‌هاي پيش روي يك جامعه برخوردار است. با توجه به تفوق فرهنگ بر ساير نظامات اجتماعي در انديشه غالب انديشمندان مسلمان، اهميت شناخت و تحقق يك نظام فرهنگي مطلوب، متناسب با آرمان‌ها و اهداف مد نظر در نظام اسلامي بيشتر آشكار مي‌شود. در اين پژوهش ملزومات، موانع، راهكارها و ثمره‌هاي تحقق يك نظام فرهنگي مطلوب از منظر بنيان‌گذار نظام اسلامي، حضرت امام خميني(ره)، بررسي شده است. بدين منظور شش پيام مهم از ميان پيام‌ها، نامه‌ها و سخنراني‌هاي امام راحل در سال‌هاي 1366 و 1367 انتخاب و با استفاده از روش داده‌بنياد تحليل شده‌اند. پس از رسيدن به اشباع نظري، مدل نهايي با بهره‌گيري از الگوي پارادايمي استراوس و كوربين طراحي شده است. بر اساس يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش، شرايط علّي (شامل محوريت اسلام حقيقي (سياسي) و مقابله با اسلام انحرافي (مقدس‌مآب)، مبنا قرار دادن كتاب (قرآن) و سنت (سيره اهل بيت(ع)) و توجه به طراحي الگوي بومي در فرهنگ)، شرايط زمينه‌اي (برخورداري از فرهنگ غني و اصيل شيعي، نظام حكومتي ولايي و رابطه حُبّي دولت و ملت، برخورداري از تمدن كهن ايراني، بهره‌مندي از نيروي متراكم و فعال مردمي)، شرايط واسطه‌اي (القائات و اقدامات خصمانه دشمنان، ناكارآمدي سياست‌هاي فرهنگي در داخل، روي كار آمدن مسئولان وابسته و غرب‌زده، خودكم‌بيني و مرعوب شدن از هيمنه ساختگي تمدن غرب) و راهبردهاي مناسب براي تحقق نظام فرهنگي مطلوب (تشكيل حكومت حق، ايجاد خودباوري و اعتماد به نفس در جامعه، ايجاد وحدت، يكپارچگي و عزم اجتماعي، به‌كارگيري نيروي انساني شايسته) از منظر امام خميني(ه) مشخص شده و پيامدهاي تحقق اين نظام (الگوسازي براي ساير ملت‌هاي جهان، زندگي شايسته و آرامش دنيوي، اجراي احكام الهي، حركت عمومي جامعه به سوي سعادت اخروي، زمينه‌سازي براي تشكيل حكومت مهدوي، تحقق اهداف و آرمان‌هاي عالي شارع مقدس اسلام) نيز تبيين شده است.
چكيده لاتين :
The cultural system as a coherent set of beliefs, values and norms that are organized to achieve a specific purpose and have social effects and functions, is one of the important components of social systems of society and has a high importance and position in achieving goals and aspirations. Considering the superiority of culture over other social systems in the dominant thought of Muslim thinkers, the importance of recognizing and realizing a desirable cultural system in accordance with the ideals and goals of the Islamic system becomes more apparent. In this research, the necessities, obstacles, solutions and results of the realization of a desirable cultural system from the perspective of the founder of the Islamic system, Imam Khomeini, have been studied. For this purpose, six important messages among the messages, letters and speeches of Imam in 1987 and 1988 have been selected and analyzed using the grounded theory approach. After reaching theoretical saturation, the final model is designed using the paradigm model of Strauss and Corbin. Based on the findings of this study, causal conditions (including the centrality of true (political) Islam and confrontation with deviant Islam Pretender to piety, the basis of the book (Quran) and Tradition (manner of the Ahl al-Bayt (The family of the Prophet and the Imams)) and attention to the design of a native model in culture, Underlying conditions (having a rich and original Shia culture, guardianship governing system and loving relationship between government and nation, having an ancient Iranian civilization, benefiting from dense and active popular force), mediating conditions (inductions and hostile actions of enemies, inefficiency of cultural policies) upcountry, the emergence of dependent and pro-Western officials, self-doubt and intimidation of the artificial Glory of Western civilization), and appropriate strategies for the realization of the desired cultural system (formation of the rule of law, creation of self-confidence in society, creation of unity, integration and social determination, employment of competent manpower) from Imam Khomeini perspective and the consequences of this system (Modeling for other nations of the world, decent life and worldly peace, implementation of divine commandments, general movement of society towards the hereafter, laying the groundwork for the formation of the Mahdavi government (the government which will be ruled by Imam Mahdi), realization of the holy goals and aspirations of Islam) are also explained.
