بررسي اثربخشي و ماندگاري نمايش خلاق بر سازگاري اجتماعي در نوجوانان تيزهوش پرخاشگر

Investigate the effectiveness and sustainability of creative drama on social adjustment of aggressive gifted adolescents

پرخاشگري در نوجوانان امري شايع است و يكي از ويژگي‌هاي روانشناختي نوجوانان افزايش گرايش به رفتارهاي پرخاشگرانه است و نوجوانان پرخاشگر معمولا داراي مشكلاتي در زمينه سازگاري اجتماعي هستند. بنابراين، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي اثربخشي و ماندگاري نمايش خلاق بر سازگاري اجتماعي در نوجوانان تيزهوش پرخاشگر انجام شد. اين مطالعه نيمه‌آزمايشي با استفاده از طرح پيش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پيگيري يك ماهه با گروه كنترل بود. جامعه پژوهش نوجوانان دختر تيزهوش پرخاشگر در مدارس استعدادهاي درخشان دخترانه منطقه دو شهر تهران در سال تحصيلي 99-1398 بودند. تعداد 30 فرد پس از بررسي ملاك‌هاي ورود به مطالعه با روش نمونه‌گيري در دسترس انتخاب و به روش تصادفي در دو گروه آزمايش و كنترل گمارده شدند. گروه آزمايش 12 جلسه دو ساعته (هفته‌اي يك جلسه) در برنامه نمايش خلاق شركت كرد و گروه كنترل آموزشي نديد. داده‌ها با پرسشنامه پرخاشگري (باس و پري، 1992) و خرده‌مقياس سازگاري اجتماعي در آزمون شخصيت كاليفرنيا (تيگز و همكاران، 1941) در مراحل پيش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پيگيري يك ماهه گردآوري شدند. همچنين، داده‌ها با روش‌هاي خي‌دو، تحليل واريانس با اندازه‌گيري مكرر و آزمون تعقيبي بونفروني در نرم‌افزار SPSS-19 در سطح معناداري 05/0 تحليل شدند. يافته‌ها نشان داد كه گروه‌هاي آزمايش و كنترل از نظر دوره تحصيلي و سن تفاوت معناداري نداشتند (05/0P). با توجه به نتايج، مشاوران و روانشناسان مي‌توانند از روش نمايش خلاق در كنار ساير روش‌ها جهت بهبود ويژگي‌هاي روانشناختي نوجوانان به‌ويژه سازگاري اجتماعي آنان استفاده كنند.

Aggression is common in adolescents and one of the psychological characteristics of adolescents is an increase in the tendency to aggressive behaviors and aggressive adolescents usually have problems in social adjustment. Therefore, present research conducted aimed to investigate the effectiveness and sustainability of creative drama on social adjustment of aggressive gifted adolescents. This was a quasi-experimental study with pretest, posttest and one month follow-up study and a control group. The research population was aggressive gifted adolescents in talented girls' schools in the second district of Tehran city during the academic years of 2019-20. Considering the inclusion criteria 30 people were selected by available sampling method and randomly assigned into two experimental and control groups. The experimental group participated in 12 two-hour sessions weekly in the creative drama program and the control group did not receive any training. The data were collected in the pretest, posttest and one month follow-up stages by aggression questionnaire (Bass and Perry, 1992) and the social adjustment subscale in the California test personality (Tiegs and et al, 1953). The data were analyzed by chi-square, repeated measures analysis of variance and Bonferroni post hoc test in SP-19SS software in the significant level of 0.05. The results showed that the experimental and control groups did not significant difference in terms of course of study and age (P>0.05). Also, the creative drama method led to increase social adjustment in aggressive gifted adolescents and the results remained stable in the follow-up phase (p < 0.001). According to the results, counselors and psychologists can use the creative drama method along with other methods to improve the psychological characteristics of adolescents, especially their social adjustment.
