اولويت‌بندي بخش‌هاي اقتصادي استان كردستان بر اساس جدول داده-ستانده

Prioritization of Economic Sectors in Kurdistan Province Based on Input-output Table

در اين تحقيق بر مبناي تعاريف و مفاهيم برنامه‌ريزي منطقه‌اي، واحد تحليل منطقه‌اي مشخص و پايه‌هاي آماري ملي- منطقه‌اي، جدول داده-ستانده 25 بخشي سال 1390 استان كردستان به روش سهم مكاني محاسبه گرديد. سپس بر مبناي جدول محاسبه‌شده اهميت بخش‌هاي اقتصادي استان بر حسب پيوندهاي پسين، پيشين و كشش مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته است. نتايج حاصل از اين تحقيق نشان مي‌دهند كه بخش زراعت و و محصولات دامي، انگيزه بيشتري براي استفاده از داده‌هاي واسطه‌اي ساير بخش‌ها و بخش كرايه و خدمات كسب و كار نقش كليدي در يكپارچه‌سازي اقتصاد منطقه را دارا مي‌باشد. لذا بهتر است به اين بخش‌ها كه بخش كليدي استان هستند توجه كافي منظور شود.

In this research, based on the definitions and concepts of regional planning and national-regional databases, the 25-sector input-output table of 2011 of Kurdistan province was calculated using the location-quotient method. Then, based on the calculated table, the importance of the economic sectors of the province in terms of forward, backward linkages and elasticity has been analyzed. The results of this study show that the agriculture and livestock products sector has a greater incentive to use the intermediate inputs of other sectors and the rent and business services sector has a key role in integrating the regionchr('39')s economy. On this basis, it is suggested to pay enough attention to these sectors, which constitute the key sectors of the province.
