چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺤﻮل ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻣﻼﺣﻈﻪ ﻧﻈﺎمﻫﺎي ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي در ﺳﺎلﻫﺎي اﺧﯿﺮ و ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺣﺎﮐﻢ ﺑﺮ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺑﺸﺮ ﺑﻪ واﺳﻄﻪ ﻫﻤﻪﮔﯿﺮي وﯾﺮوس ﮐﻮﯾﺪ 19، اﻫﻤﯿﺖ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﺠﺎزي در ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﻏﯿﺮ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ اﻧﮑﺎر اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﻣﺴﺎﻟﻪ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﺪرﺳﺎن در ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ را ﺑﺮﺟﺴﺘﻪ ﺗﺮ از ﻫﺮ زﻣﺎن دﯾﮕﺮي ﮐﺮده اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺎس، ﻫﺪف ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، اراﺋﻪ ﯾﮏ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ اﺳ ﺘﻨﺘﺎج ﻋﺼﺒﯽ ﻓﺎزي ﺗﻄﺒﯿﻘﯽ )ANFIS( ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪ ﺑﺮاي ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻣﺪرﺳﺎن ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزش اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮏ ﺑﻪ وﯾﮋه در ﻣﻮﺳﺴﺎت داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ اﺳﺖ.
روش ﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ: اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ روش، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﯾﮏ روﯾﮑﺮد ﮐﻤﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻣﺪل ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻣﺪرﺳﺎن در ﻧﻈﺎم آﻣﻮزش اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮏ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﺣﻮزه ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻓﻨﺎوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﯾﺰد ﺑﻮدهاﻧﺪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎت ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻒ ﺷﺪه، ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 29 ﻧﻔﺮ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺤﺪود ﺑﻮدن ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ، ﺟﻬﺖ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ، ﺑﺮاي ﻫﻤﻪ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ارﺳﺎل ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ 17 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺌﻮاﻻت ﻃﺮح ﺷﺪه ﭘﺎﺳﺦ دادﻧﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻣﺪرﺳﺎن در ﻣﻮﺳﺴﺎت آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ از ﯾﮏ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ اﺳﺘﻨﺘﺎج ﻓﺎزي ﻋﺼﺒﯽ ﺗﻄﺒﯿﻘﯽ )ANFIS( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.
ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ:ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ اﺳﺘﻨﺘﺎج ﻓﺎزي ﻋﺼﺒﯽ ﺗﻄﺒﯿﻘﯽ )ANFIS( اراﯾﻪ ﺷﺪه، ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎي 4 ﻋﺎﻣﻞ اﺻﻠﯽ )ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪ ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺪرﯾﺲ، ﺷﯿﻮه ﺗﺪرﯾﺲ، ﮔﺮاﯾﺶ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ و ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖﻫﺎي ﻓﺮدي( و 16 ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻓﺮﻋﯽ در ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﺪرﺳﺎن اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ANFIS، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻣﺪرﺳﯿﻦ را در ﭼﻬﺎر دﺳﺘﻪ از ﭘﯿﺶ ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻒ ﺷﺪه، ﯾﻌﻨﯽ: ﻣﺪرس ﻧﯿﺎزﻣﻨﺪ آﻣﻮزش، ﻣﺪرس ﺑﺎ ﻣﻬﺎرتﻫﺎي ﺧﻮب، ﻣﺪرس ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﺧﻮب و ﻣﺪرس ﻋﺎﻟﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪﺑﻨﺪي ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ.
ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﺷﺪه اﺑﺰار ﻣﻔﯿﺪي در ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﺪرﺳﺎن و اراﺋﻪ ﺑﺎزﺧﻮرد ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ از ﻧﻘﺎط ﻗﻮت و ﺿﻌﻒ آن ﻫﺎ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
According to the significant evolution of learning systems in recent years and the prevailing conditions of human life due to the epidemic of COVID 19 virus, the importance of e-learning in the learning management system is undeniable. This has made the role of teachers in education systems more prominent than ever. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to provide an intelligent adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) to evaluate the performance of teachers in e-learning system, especially in academic institutions.
research methodology: In terms of method, this research is descriptive and from the objective point of view it's applied. In this research, a quantitative approach has been used to design a model for evaluating the performance of teachers in the e-learning system. The statistical population of the study included experts in the field of information technology management of the Islamic Azad University of Yazd Province. Based on the pre-determined specifications, it includes 29 people. Due to the limited number of under study elements, a questionnaire was sent to all elements of the statistical population where 17 experts answered the questions. In this study, an adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) method has been used to analyze the performance of teachers in educational institutions.
Findings: This system is based on 4 main factors (teaching learning process, teaching method, research orientation and individual capabilities) and 16 sub-factors in the teacher evaluation process. The designed ANFIS system classifies the performance of teachers into four predefined categories: teachers need for training, teachers with good skills, teachers who are very good and teachers who are excellent.
Conclusion: The designed system is a useful tool for evaluating teachers and providing appropriate feedback on their strengths and weaknesses to improve their performance.
