چكيده فارسي :
مطالعات متعددي در جهان در زمينه ارزش گذاري صورت گرفته كه نشان دهنده اهميت روز افزون آن است. با ارزش گذاري اقتصادي منابع طبيعي مي توان تا حدودي به ارزش واقعي آنها پي برد و بيش از پيش از تخريب و استفاده بيرويه از آن جلوگيري نمود. هدف از اين تحقيق برآورد ارزش اقتصادي گياهان طبي- دارويي و ارزشهاي بازاري انواع گوناگون اقلام محصولات گياهي دارويي در اطراف درياچه پريشان است. براي برآورد ارزشهاي ياد شده اقدام به تهيه و تكميل پرسشنامههايي در همين رابطه گرديد و علاوه بر تعيين ارزشهاي انواع گياهان طبي- دارويي با بررسي روشهاي ارزش گذاري اقتصادي و انتخاب روش مناسب ، فاكتورهاي تاثيرگذار در ارزشگذاري اقتصادي گياهان طبي- دارويي نيز شناسايي شده و بر اين اساس با توجه به اهميت مقوله گياهان طبي و دارويي و رابطه اجتناب ناپذير آن با منابع طبيعي و استفاده از آن، در اين مقاله تلاش شد اين رابطه مورد بررسي وتجزيه و تحليل قرار گيرد. محدوده جغرافيايي منطقه مورد مطالعه درياچه ارژن و پريشان به شرح زير مي باشد:
اين درياچه مهمترين درياچه آب شيرين ايران است كه در 12 كيلومتري شرق كازرون، در ميان كوهستان فامور قرار گرفته است. وسعت تقريبي آن 36 كيلومتر مربع است. طول آن به 12 كيلومتر و عرض آن به سه كيلومتر مي‌رسد. پس از حضور در منطقه و مشخص نمودن ميزان و قيمت فروش گياهان دارويي توسط عطاريها در طول 1 ماه و نيز ميزان مصرف گياهان دارويي عنوان شده در پرسشنامهها بر اساس روش ارزش گذاري بازاري، ارزش اقتصادي گياهان دارويي در منطقه درياچه ارژن و پريشان تخمين زده شده است و برآورد اين ارزش اقتصادي با استفاده از مدل رگرسيون و بهرهگيري از نرم افزار E-viewsصورت گرفته است.اين ارزش معادل 1036588تومان براي مدت 1 ماه برآورد شده است.
چكيده لاتين :
A great numbers of studies have been accomplished in the field of valuation which shows its increasing importance. By economic valuation of the natural resources you can find out to some extend their real value and so prevent the destruction and the irregular consumption of them. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the economic value of the medical- pharmaceutical plants and the market value of different kinds of pharmaceutical plants productions around Parishan Lake. In order to estimate the mentioned values, some questionnaires have been provided and filled in this regard. In addition to the determining the values of the pharmaceutical plants through economic valuation methodology and proper method selection, the effective factors in economic valuation of medical- pharmaceutical plants have been detected and on the base of them the questionnaires have been provided.
Therefore, regarding the importance of medical- pharmaceutical plants and their inevitable relation with natural resources and their application, this paper is an effort to analyze this relation.
The limit of the studied geographical region is as follows:
The most important fresh water lake in Iran, located 12 km east of Kazeroun, among Famour Mountains. It has an area of almost 36 km2 with a length of 12 km and a width of 3 km.
The economic value of the pharmaceutical plants of the region of Arjan and parishan lakes has been estimated after onsite specifying the amount and market price of pharmaceutical plants by groceries during one month and also consumption of pharmaceutical plants mentioned in questionnaires on the basis of market valuation method. The value was estimated by application of E-views software. The obtained value for Arjan and Parishan lakes is estimated 1036588 Toman for one month.
