ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺑﻬﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﮐﺎﺷﺖ در دو رﻗﻢ ﺳﻮﯾﺎ، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ در ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن راﻣﻬﺮﻣﺰ واﻗﻊ در ﺷﺮق ﺧﻮزﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﮐﺮتﻫﺎي ﺧﺮد ﺷﺪه در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮكﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار در ﺳﺎل 1395 اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﻪ ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﮐﺎﺷﺖ 10 ﻣﺮداد، 25 ﻣﺮداد و 10 ﺷﻬﺮﯾﻮر در ﮐﺮتﻫﺎي اﺻﻠﯽ و دو رﻗﻢ ﺳﻮﯾﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 504 و ﺳﺎﻟﻨﺪ در ﮐﺮتﻫﺎي ﻓﺮﻋﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺻﻔﺎت اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪه ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﮐﺎﺷﺖ اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﺑﺮ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻏﻼف در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﻏﻼف، ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﻮﺗﻪ در ﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻊ، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ و درﺻﺪ ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ داﻧﻪ داﺷﺖ. اﺛﺮ رﻗﻢ ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﻏﻼف، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﻮﺗﻪ در ﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻊ، وزن ﮐﻞ ﻣﺎده ﺧﺸﮏ، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﯿﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮏ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﺷﺪ. رﻗﻢ ﺳﺎﻟﻨﺪ در ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﮐﺎﺷﺖ دوم ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ را ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 148/2 ﮔﺮم و در ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﮐﺎﺷﺖ ﺳﻮم ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ را ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 103/8 ﮔﺮم را ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آورد. رﻗﻢ ﺳﺎﻟﻨﺪ در ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﮐﺎﺷﺖ دوم ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ را ﺑﺎ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ 2059 ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر و ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﯿﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮏ را ﺑﺎ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ 3305 ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر را ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آورد و در اﯾﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت اﺧﺘﻼﻓﺶ ﺑﺎ رﻗﻢ 504 در ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﮐﺎﺷﺖ اول و ﺳﻮم ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﻧﺒﻮد. در ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﮐﺎﺷﺖ ﺳﻮم رﻗﻢ ﺳﺎﻟﻨﺪ ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ 506 ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر و ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﯿﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮏ را ﺑﺎ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ 947 ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آورد. درﺻﺪ روﻏﻦ داﻧﻪ در ﻫﯿﭻ ﮐﺪام از ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﻧﺸﺪ وﻟﯽ در ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﮐﺎﺷﺖ ﺳﻮم ﮐﻤﺘﺮ از دو ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﮐﺎﺷﺖ دﯾﮕﺮ ﺑﻮد. درﺻﺪ ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ داﻧﻪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﮐﺎﺷﺖ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و در ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﮐﺎﺷﺖ ﺳﻮم ﮐﺎﻫﺶ آن ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﺷﺪ. وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ درﺻﺪ ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ داﻧﻪ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار در ﺳﻄﺢ ﯾﮏ درﺻﺪ داﺷﺖ، ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﻠﺐ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ وزن داﻧﻪ، ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮي در داﻧﻪ ذﺧﯿﺮه ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﻣﯽﺗﻮان رﻗﻢ ﺳﺎﻟﻨﺪ را ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﮐﺎﺷﺖ 25 ﻣﺮداد و رﻗﻢ 504 را ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﮐﺎﺷﺖ 10 ﻣﺮداد و 10 ﺷﻬﺮﯾﻮر در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻪ ﻧﻤﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to determine the best sowing date in two soybean cultivars, an experiment was done
in Ramhormoz Agricultural Research Farm in split plots on the basis of randomized
complete blocks design with three repetitions in 2017. Treatments includes three planting
dates 1 August, 16 August, 1 September were placed in the main plots and two soybean
varieties including 504 and Saland in subplots. Results showed that planting date had
significant effect on plant height, number of pod per plant, number of seed per pod, number
of seed per plant, number of plant per square meter, harvest index and seed protein percent.
The effect of cultivar was significant on plant height, number of seed per pod, number of
plant per square meter, total dry weight, biological yield and grain yield. Saland cultivar in
the second planting date produced the highest 1000-grain weight with an average of 148.2 g
and on the third planting date, the smallest one was obtained with an average of 103.8 g.
Saland cultivar in the second sowing date had the highest grain yield (2059 kg. ha-1) and the
highest biological yield (3305 kg. ha-1). In the third planting date, Saland cultivar yielded the
lowest grain yield (506 kg. ha-1) and the lowest biological yield (954.3 kg. ha-1). Seed oil
percentage was not significant in any of treatments, but in the third planting date it was less
than two other planting dates. Seed protein percentage was affected by planting date and in
the third planting date its reduction was significant. Thousand-grain weight had significant
positive correlation with grain protein percentage at 1% probability level, which indicates
that with increasing grain weight, more protein is stored in the grain. In general, it is possible
to recommend Saland cultivar for sowing date in 16 August and 504 for sowing date in 1
August and 1 September.
