Vulnerability Analysis of Poultry Cooperatives: A case in Hamadan Province

تعاوني­ هاي بخش كشاورزي و به ­ويژه تعاوني­ هاي طيور علي­رغم جايگاه بسيار مهمي كه در توليد و اشتغال دارند در سال­هاي اخير با آسيب ­هاي جدي مواجه شده ­اند. تحقيق حاضر در پي شناخت دقيق مسايل و مشكلات اين تعاوني­ ها و اولويت­ بندي مهم­ترين آسيب­ هاي آنها در حوزه ­هاي مختلف بوده است. لذا، هدف مطالعه حاضر تحليل آسيب ­هاي تعاوني­ هاي طيور در استان همدان است. اين تحقيق به لحاظ هدف، كاربردي و به­ شيوه تحقيقات پيمايشي انجام شده است. جامعه ­آماري تحقيق را از اعضاي هيئت­ مديره تعاوني­ هاي طيورتشكيل داد­ند و به ­طور سرشماري مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. مهم­ترين ابزار جمع ­آوري اطلاعات در تحقيق حاضر، پرسشنامه محقق­ ساخته است كه روايي صوري آن توسط متخصصان فن مورد­ تاييد قرار گرفت. براي بررسي پايايي آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه شد كه رقم 0/85 به ­دست آمد. تجزيه و تحليل يافته­ هاي تحقيق به كمك نرم ­افزار آماري SPSS25 انجام شد. با بهره­ گيري از تكنيك تحليل عاملي، آسيب ­ها در پنج گروه دسته­ بندي شدند. "آسيب­ هاي زيرساختي-نوآوري" با تبيين 26/08 درصد از واريانس، به ­عنوان مهم­ترين عامل معرفي شد. اين عامل همراه با سايرآسيب ­ها "آسيب­ هاي اقتصادي-بازاري"، "آسيب ­هاي محيط اجتماعي-فرهنگي"، "آسيب­ هاي درون­ سازماني" و "آسيب­ هاي مديريتي" در مجموع 63/96 درصد از واريانس­كل آسيب ­پذيري تعاوني­ ها را تبيين كردند.

Agricultural cooperatives, and especially poultry cooperatives, have suffered serious damage in recent years, despite their important role in production and employment. The present study seeks to accurately identify the problems of these cooperatives and prioritize their most important harms in various fields. Therefore, the aim of this study is to analyze the vulnerability of poultry cooperatives in Hamadan province. This research was conducted adopting survey research method with an applied approach. The statistical population of the study consisted of members of the board of directors of poultry cooperatives who were studied by census. The most important data collection tool in the present study was a researcher-made questionnaire whose face- validity was confirmed by experts. To evaluate the reliability of the main scale of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated that the figure was 0.85 indicating reliability of the tool of study. The research findings were analyzed using SPSS25 statistical software. Using factor analysis technique, vulnerability were classified into five groups. "Infrastructure damage-innovation" was explained as the most important factor by explaining 26.08% of the variance. This factor together with other injuries "economic-market injuries", "socio-cultural environmental injuries", "internal organizational injuries" and "managerial injuries" in total 63.96% of the variance explained the total vulnerability of cooperatives.
