The effect of cultural capital on systemic thinking Emphasizing the role of education

مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي تأثير سرمايه فرهنگي (تحصيلات) بر تفكر سيستمي‌در سازمان فرهنگي هنري شهرداري انجام گرفته كه از حيث نوع كابردي و از نظر روش علمي ‌در زمره تحقيقات توصيفي – پيمايشي است. روش پژوهش: پرسشنامه محقق ساخته از شش مؤلفه تحصيلات، سلسله مراتب سازماني، هم پاياني- چندپاياني، وابستگي اجزا، ارتباط محيطي و كل نگري برخوردار است. يافته‌ها: يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه مدل رگرسيوني تأثير سرمايه فرهنگي بر تفكر سيستمي‌معني دار بوده و هم‌چنين مدل عاملي رابطه بين متغيرها در نمونه مورد بررسي داراي برازش است. براي تعيين ميزان پايايي هر يك از مؤلفه‌اي تحقيق به روش آلفاي كرونباخ به ترتيب براي مولفه‌هاي تحصيلات (87/0)، سلسله مراتب سازماني (74/0)، چندپاياني - هم پاياني (79/0)، وابستگي اجزا (82/0)، ارتباط محيطي (75/0) و كل نگري (80/0) بدست آمده كه نشان از پايايي ابزار اندازه‌گيري داشت. نتيجه‌گيري: بنابراين مديران سازمان فرهنگي هنري شهرداري مي‌توانند با توجه به نتايج پژوهش حاضر در جذب و به كارگيري افراد تحصيل كرده و متناسب با شغل آن‌ها بر ميزان بهره‌مندي از تفكر سيستمي ‌در سازمان بيفزايند.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of cultural capital (education) on systemic thinking in the cultural and artistic organization of the municipality, which is a descriptive-survey research in terms of type of application and scientific method. The researcher-made questionnaire has six components of education, organizational hierarchy, co-termination, component dependency, environmental relevance and holism. Findings showed that the regression model of the effect of cultural capital on systemic thinking is significant and also the factor model of the relationship between variables in the sample has a fit. To determine the reliability of each research component by Cronbach's alpha method for the components of education (0.87), organizational hierarchy (0.74), multivariate - co-termination (0.79), component dependence (82) 0.), environmental correlation (0.75) and holistic (0.80) were obtained which showed the reliability of the measuring instrument. Therefore, the managers of the municipality's cultural and artistic organization can increase the benefit of systemic thinking in the organization according to the results of the present study in attracting and employing educated people and in proportion to their job.
