ﻫﻨﮕﺎﻣﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺤﻤﺪرﺿﺎ ﭘﻬﻠﻮي در ﻧﯿﻤﻪ دوم ﺳﺎل 1355از ﺳﻮي ﻣﺤﺎﻓﻞ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻠﻠﯽ و داﺧﻠﯽ ﺑــﺮاي ﮐــﺎﻫﺶ ﺟﻮ اﺧﺘﻨﺎق ﺗﺤﺖ ﻓﺸﺎر ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ، ﻣﺠﺒﻮر ﺷﺪ دﺳﺖ ﺑﻪ اﻗﺪاﻣﺎت و اﺻﻼﺣﺎﺗﯽ ﺑﺰﻧﺪ، اﻋــﻼم ﻓﻀــﺎي ﺑــﺎز ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ در اﯾﺎﻻت ﻣﺘﺤﺪه اﻣﺮﯾﮑﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﮐﺎرﺗﺮ و اﻧﺘﺼﺎب ﺟﻤﺸﯿﺪ آﻣﻮزﮔﺎر ﺑﻪ ﻧﺨﺴﺖ وزﯾﺮي در ﻣﺮداد ﺳﺎل 1356 ﻣﺤﺼﻮل اﯾﻦ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺑﻮد. روﺷﻦ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻦ اﺑﻌﺎد اﯾﻦ ﮔﻔﺘﻤﺎن ﺟﺪﯾﺪ، آن ﻫﻢ ﺑﻌﺪ از ﺳﺎل ﻫﺎ ﻓﻀﺎي ﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ، ﻧﯿﺎزﻣﻨﺪ ﺗ ﺎﻣﻞ در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻫﺎ و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي اﯾﺠﺎد ﺷﺪه آن در ﺑﺴﺘﺮ زﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈﺮ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﺳﺖ. ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﺮاﺟﻊ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺸﺨﯿﺺ و ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﻫﺎي ﮔﻔﺘﻤﺎن ﻓﻀﺎي ﺑﺎز ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ، روزﻧﺎﻣﻪ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت و روﯾﮑﺮد آن در ﻗﺒﺎل ﺗﺤﻮﻻت و زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻫﺎي ﮔﻔﺘﻤﺎن ﺟﺪﯾﺪ اﺳﺖ. ﺳﻮال اﺻﻠﯽ اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻋﺒﺎرت ازاﯾﻦ ﮐــﻪ ﮔﻔﺘﻤﺎن ﻓﻀﺎي ﺑﺎز ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ اﯾﺎﻻت ﻣﺘﺤﺪه اﻣﺮﯾﮑﺎ ﭼﻪ ﺑﺎزﺗﺎﺑﯽ در دوره ﻧﺨﺴــﺖ وزﯾــﺮي ﺟﻤﺸــﯿﺪ آﻣﻮزﮔــﺎر داﺷﺖ؟ روش اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ -ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﭘﺲ ازﺗﻮﺻﯿﻒ ﻣﻄﺎﻟــﺐ ﺑــﻪ ﺗﺠﺰﯾــﻪ وﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت اﻗﺪام ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ . ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ وﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ دﻧﺒﺎل اﻋــﻼن ﻓﻀــﺎي ﺑﺎزﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ ازﺳﻮي ﮐﺎرﺗﺮ رﯾﯿﺲ ﺟﻤﻬﻮري وﻗﺖ اﻣﺮﯾﮑﺎ ﻣﺤﻤﺪرﺿﺎ ﺷﺎ ﻫﻢ اﻗﺪاﻣﺎﺗﯽ درراﺳﺘﺎي ﺟﻠــﺐ ﻧﻈــﺮ اﻣﺮﯾﮑﺎ اﻧﺠﺎم داد. اﻧﻘﻼب ﺷﺎه و ﻣﺮدم، ﺣﺰب رﺳﺘﺎﺧﯿﺰ، ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ ﻣﺮدم، آزادي ﺑﯿﺎن و ﻗﻠﻢ، ﺣﻘــﻮق ﺑﺸــﺮ و آزادي ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ اﺣﺰاب ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ، از ﺷﺎﺧﺼﻪ ﻫﺎي ﮔﻔﺘﻤﺎن ﻓﻀﺎي ﺑﺎز ﺳﯿﺎﺳــﯽ در روزﻧﺎﻣــﻪ اﻃﻼ ﻋــﺎت ﺑــﻮد و ﺑﻪ ﻣﺜﺎﺑﻪ ﮔﺮ هﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﮔﻔﺘﻤﺎن ﻓﻀﺎي ﺑﺎز ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ آن ﻣﻔﺼﻞ ﺑﻨﺪي ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ
