Industry-university relationship: lessons learned and experiences gained

در چند دهۀ گذشته چالش «ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه» مهم ترين مسئلۀ جاري كشور بوده است. «استاندارد و نگرش استانداردي» نوعي تفكّر كاربردي است كه از تجميع تجارب جهاني و دانش همگاني سامان گرفته است. يكي از مهم ترين واژگان همۀ استانداردهاي تدوين شده در سطوح بين المللي، ملّي و سازماني كلمۀ «علّت ريشه اي» است. ضمانت پويايي و پايايي صنعت، رعايت همه جانبۀ استانداردهاي ضروري است. فرهنگ صنعتي با پذيرش و كاربست استاندارد در ابعاد گوناگون توليد و خدمت، بالنده مي شود و اثرگذاري خود را به زيبايي ابراز مي كند. دست اندركاران حوزۀ تدبير و اجرا در مسئلۀ ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت، بايستي اهتمامي بيش از پيش به رعايت« اخلاق حرفه اي و مهندسي» است. جان مايۀ اين سخن، تعهّد به صداقت و باورداشتن اثرگذاري است. شناختن و به كاربردن منشورهاي اخلاق مهندسي در سطح جهان نه تنها نگاه را ژرف آگين مي كند بلكه حوزۀ تعهّد عمل را نيز گسترش مي دهد. اخلاق ضرورت پايه براي توسعۀ علمي پايدار است. بازپردازش موضوع تحصيلات و آموزش در پهنۀ دانشگاه، يك چالش بسيار مهم است. تحصيلات دانشگاهي نظري است و رويكردي مهارتي يا حرفه اي شدن ندارد. هدف صنعت در منابع انساني، پرورش صنعتگر ماهر به قصد انجام كار است. پل ارتباطي دانشگاه و صنعت با هدف كاربست درس هاي آموخته و تجربه هاي اندوخته قابل اعتماد است.

In the last few decades, the challenge of "industry-university relationship" has been the most important current issue in the country. Those involved in the field of planning and implementation in the issue of the relationship between university and industry, should pay more attention to the observance of "professional and engineering ethics".At the heart of this is a commitment to honesty and belief in effectiveness. Knowing and applying engineering ethics charters around the world not only deepens the perspective but also expands the scope of action commitment. Ethics is a basic necessity for sustainable scientific development. Reproducing the issue of education and training at the university level is a very important challenge. University education is theoretical and does not have a skill or professional approach. The goal of the human resources industry is to train skilled craftsmen to do the job. The bridge between the university and industry is reliable with the aim of applying the lessons learned and the experiences gained.
