Necessity and methods of developing interaction and cooperation between university and industry

ﻫﻤﮑﺎري ﻣﯿﺎن ﺑﺨﺶﻫﺎي ﺻﻨﻌﺘﯽ و داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎ ﺑﺪون ﺷﮏ ﯾﮑﯽ از زﻣﯿﻨﻪﻫﺎﯾﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در ﻫﻤﻪ ﮐﺸﻮرﻫﺎ ﻣﻄﺮح ﺑﻮده و ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮي ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه در اﻗﺘﺼﺎد و ﺻﻨﻌﺖ آن ﮐﺸﻮر داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻟﺬا ﺑﺮﻗﺮاري ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﻨﺴﺠﻢ و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺻﻨﺎﯾﻊ و داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻫﺎ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي اﺳﺎﺳﯽ ﮐﺸﻮرﻫﺎ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. اﯾﻦ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﻪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ ﺗﺎ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ و ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ ﺧﻮد را ﻫﻤﺮاﺳﺘﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ و ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﻧﻤﻮده و ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن و ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﮕﺮاﻧﯽ را ﭘﺮورش دﻫﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎي واﻗﻌﯽ ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي ﺻﻨﻌﺖ را ﺑﺮآورده ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. در ﺳﺎلﻫﺎي اﺧﯿﺮ ﻫﻤﮑﺎريﻫﺎي داﻧﺸﮕﺎه و ﺻﻨﻌﺖ در ﺑﺮﺧﯽ زﻣﯿﻨﻪﻫﺎ دﺳﺘﺎوردﻫﺎي ﻣﻬﻤﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﮐﺸﻮر ﺑﻪ ارﻣﻐﺎن آورده اﺳﺖ، اﻣﺎ ﻫﻨﻮز ﻫﻢ اﻗﺪاﻣﺎت ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﻣﻬﻤﯽ وﺟﻮد دارد ﮐﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم آنﻫﺎ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﻫﻢاﻓﺰاﯾﯽ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎري ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻫﺎ و واﺣﺪﻫﺎي ﺻﻨﻌﺘﯽ ﺷﻮد. ﺧﻮﺷﺒﺨﺘﺎﻧﻪ در اﯾﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎ و ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﮐﺸﻮر ﻧﯿﺰ اﻗﺪاﻣﺎت ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﯽ را آﻏﺎز و ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ و اﻟﮕﻮﻫﺎي ﻣﻔﯿﺪي در ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻗﺮاردادﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﺎ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ و ﺻﻨﻌﺖ، ﺑﻬﺒﻮد دورهﻫﺎي ﮐﺎرآﻣﻮزي، اﺷﺘﻐﺎل ﻓﺎرغ اﻟﺘﺤﺼﯿﻼن، ﮐﻤﮏ ﺑﻪ رﻓﻊ ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎي ﻣﻠﯽ و ﻣﻮارد ﻣﺸﺎﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻒ و اﺟﺮا ﻧﻤﻮدهاﻧﺪ. آﺳﯿﺐﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﯿﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه و ﺻﻨﻌﺖ و ﺑﻪ اﺷﺘﺮاك ﮔﺬاري ﺗﺠﺎرب ﻣﻮﻓﻖ ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ آﻣﻮزش ﻋﺎﻟﯽ و دﺳﺘﮕﺎهﻫﺎي اﺟﺮاﯾﯽ در ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ اﯾﻦ ارﺗﺒﺎط از اﻫﻤﯿﺖ زﯾﺎدي ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر در ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺧﻼﺻﻪاي از وﺿﻌﯿﺖ داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎ و ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﮐﺸﻮر اراﺋﻪ و ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي ﺟﺪﯾﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ در ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﺗﺸﺮﯾﺢ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪهاﻧﺪ.

Cooperation between the industrial sector and universities is undoubtedly one of the areas that is discussed in all countries and can have a decisive impact on the economy and industry of that country. Therefore, establishing a coherent and organized relationship between industries and universities is one of the basic needs of countries. This connection helps universities to align their educational and research activities with the needs of society and industry, and to develop specialists and researchers who can truly meet the needs of industry. In recent years, the cooperation between academia and industry in some areas has brought important achievements to the country, but there are still very important measures that can be taken to increase synergy and cooperation between universities and industrial units.Fortunately, in this regard, the country's universities and research institutes have started appropriate measures and have defined and implemented useful programs and models to develop community and industry relations contracts, improve internships, graduate employment, help solve national challenges and similar cases. The pathology of the relationship between academia and industry and the sharing of successful experiences of higher education institutions and executive bodies are very important in strengthening this relationship. For this purpose, in this article, a summary of the situation of the country's universities and research institutes is presented and new programs that can be effective in improving the situation are described.
