چكيده فارسي :
ﭼﮑﯿﺪه ﮐﻨﮕﺮه ﺳﺮاﺳﺮي دوﻟﺖ، داﻧﺸﮕﺎه و ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻣﻠﯽ در ﺳﺎلﻫﺎي ﮔﺬﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻫﻤﮑﺎري ﻧﺨﺒﮕﺎن و ﺻﺎﺣﺒﻨﻈﺮان ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ و ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ و ﺻﻨﺎﯾﻊ ﺗﻮاﻧﺴﺘﻪ ﭘﯿﻮﺳﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻓﺮاﺧﻮر زﻣﺎن راه ﺣﻞﻫﺎي ﻣﻔﯿﺪي را اراﯾﻪ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﺪ. ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎداﺗﯽ از ﻗﺒﯿﻞ: اﯾﺠﺎد ﻧﻈﺎم اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﯽ و ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﺻﻨﻌﺘﯽ ﯾﮑﭙﺎرﭼﻪ در ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﮐﺸﻮر ﺟﻬﺖ دﺳﺘﺮﺳﯽ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ و داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺑﻪ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﻬﻨﮕﺎم، اﯾﺠﺎد و ﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﻣﻠﯽ ﺗﺨﺼﺼﯽ در ﺟﻬﺖ ﺧﺪﻣﺖدﻫﯽ ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﺑﻪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه و ﺻﻨﻌﺖ، ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋي ﻣﻠﯽ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت و ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ اوﻟﻮﯾﺖﻫﺎ و ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ ﮐﺸﻮر، اﺻﻼح و ﺑﺎزﻧﮕﺮي ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ و ﺳﺮ ﻓﺼﻞﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎ، ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ ﻓﻨﺂوريﻫﺎي روز، ﻫﻤﯿﺎري دوﻟﺖ و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎي اﺟﺮاﯾﯽ، داﻧﺸﮕﺎه و ﻣﺆﺳﺴﺎت ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ و ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺮﺳﯿﻢ و ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ ﻧﻈﺎم ﻣﻠﯽ ﻧﻮآوري ﮐﺸﻮر، ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ارﺗﺒﺎط و ﻫﻤﮑﺎري ﻋﻠﻤﯽ، ﻓﻨﯽ و ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺆﺳﺴﺎت ذﯾﺼﻼح ﺑﯿﻦاﻟﻤﻠﻠﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻮرﯾﺖ ﻧﻈﺎمﻣﻨﺪ ﻧﯿﺮوﻫﺎي ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪ داﺧﻠﯽ و ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪي ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژي، ﺷﺒﮑﻪﺳﺎزي ﻫﻤﮕﻦ واﺣﺪﻫﺎي ﺻﻨﻌﺘﯽ و ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ، اﯾﺠﺎد زﯾﺮﺳﺎﺧﺖﻫﺎي ﻧﺮماﻓﺰاري و ﻣﻐﺰاﻓﺰاري ارﺗﺒﺎط دوﻟﺖ، داﻧﺸﮕﺎه و ﺻﻨﻌﺖ در ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ اﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎ، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯿﺎت ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﮐﺸﻮرﻫﺎ و ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ در ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺻﻨﻌﺖ و داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺧﺼﻮﺻﺎً ﮐﺸﻮرﻫﺎي ﺻﻨﻌﺘﯽ و ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺘﻪ، راهاﻧﺪازي ﮐﻠﯿﻨﯿﮏ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ و ﮐﺴﺐ و ﮐﺎر دراﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻫﻤﮑﺎري داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎ و ﺻﻨﺎﯾﻊ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﺪلﻫﺎي ﻫﻤﮑﺎري داﻧﺸﮕﺎه و ﺻﻨﻌﺖ، ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻧﻬﺎدﻫﺎي ﺑﺨﺶ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯽ در ﭼﺮﺧﻪ ﻋﻠﻢ و ﺻﻨﻌﺖ و ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ و ﻓﻨﺎوري"، و ﻣﻮارد ﻣﺘﻌﺪد دﯾﮕﺮ ﮐﻪ ﺑﯽ ﺷﮏ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺴﺖ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﺎن ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ در ﻣﺴﯿﺮ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺻﻨﻌﺖ و داﻧﺸﮕﺎه راﻫﮕﺸﺎ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
