چكيده فارسي :
ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻮﺛﺮﺗﺮﯾﻦ روشﻫﺎي ﮔﺰﯾﻨﺶ ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﻪ روش ﮐﺎﻧﻮن ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻧﺎم دارد، ﮐﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آن در ﺳﺎلﻫﺎي اﺧﯿﺮ ﻓﺮاﺗﺮ از ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ، ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢﮔﯿﺮي در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﮔﺰﯾﻨﺶ و ارﺗﻘﺎ و ﭘﺮورش ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺗﻮانﻣﻨﺪ، رﺷﺪ ﻓﺰاﯾﻨﺪهاي داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻧﻮن ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﭘﺎﻻﯾﺶ و ﭘﺨﺶ ﻓﺮاوردهﻫﺎي ﻧﻔﺘﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺤﻘﻖ اﯾﻦ ﻫﺪف، ﺑﺎ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد و ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺷﺮح ﻣﺸﺎﻏﻞ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ، ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦﻫﺎي ﺷﺒﯿﻪﺳﺎزي ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﺷﻐﻞ ﺑﺮاي ﺳﻨﺠﺶ اﺑﻌﺎد ﺗﻔﮑﺮ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺎ اﺟﺮاي ﮐﺎﻧﻮن ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ و ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ اﻣﺘﯿﺎز ﺷﺮﮐﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪهﻫﺎ در ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻧﻮن ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ، ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦﻫﺎ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺗﮑﺮار ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦﻫﺎي ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﺷﺪه در ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﺑﻌﺪي ﻧﯿﺰ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻮﻓﯿﻘﺖ آﻣﯿﺰي ﺑﻪ دﻧﺒﺎل ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ داﺷﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
One of the most effective methods for selecting human resources is assessment center. In recent years, it is increasingly used for evaluation, selection, promotion and training managers. The purpose of this study is to design an assessment center exercises for refining and distributing petroleum products company executives. So after studying related literature and according to job description of executives, job-related simulation exercises designed to assess the dimensions of strategic thinking. After the implementation of an assessment center and assessing each participant, the reliability of the assessment center exercises were reviewed and approved. The results of the study showed that using same exercises will bring up the same successful results.
