چكيده فارسي :
در ﺣﺎل ﺣﺎﺿﺮ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ در ﯾﮏ ﭘﺎﻻﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﺑﺎ ﻧﮕﺎه ﺑﺮ ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻫﯿﺪروژن ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪرﯾﺰي ﻣﯽﺷﻮد و ﻋﺪمﺗﻌﺎدل ﺑﯿﻦ ﻋﺮﺿﻪ و ﺗﻘﺎﺿﺎي ﻫﯿﺪروژن ﺑﺎﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﻪ ﯾﮑﭙﺎرﭼﻪﺳﺎزي و ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪﺳﺎزي ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﻫﯿﺪروژن ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﺑﻪﻃﻮريﮐﻪ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮات زﯾﺎنﺑﺎر ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎﺗﯽ ﻫﻤﭽﻮن ﺑﻨﺰن، آروﻣﺎﺗﯿﮏﻫﺎ، اوﻟﻔﯿﻦﻫﺎ و ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﮔﻮﮔﺮددار در ﺳﻮﺧﺖﻫﺎي ﻫﯿﺪروﮐﺮﺑﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ اﻧﺴﺎن و ﻣﺤﯿﻂزﯾﺴﺖ و اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﺣﺬف آنﻫﺎ، اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺼﺮف ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﻫﯿﺪروژن در ﺻﻨﺎﯾﻊ ﭘﺎﻻﯾﺶ ﻧﻔﺖ را ﺿﺮورت ﻣﯽﺑﺨﺸﺪ. اﻣﺮوزه ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﻫﯿﺪروژن ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺎﻻﯾﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎ ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر رﻗﺎﺑﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي و ﺳﻮدآوري ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﺣﯿﺎﺗﯽ اﺳﺖ، ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪﺳﺎزي و ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﻫﯿﺪروژن ﭘﺎﻻﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﻧﻔﺖ اﻣﺎمﺧﻤﯿﻨﯽ)ره( ﺷﺎزﻧﺪ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﺪلﺳﺎزي اﺑﺘﺪا ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﻫﯿﺪروژن ﭘﺎﻻﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﺮﺳﯿﻢ و ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ و ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ و ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪﮐﻨﻨﺪهﻫﺎ و ﻣﺼﺮفﮐﻨﻨﺪهﻫﺎ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺎﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﯿﻞﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﭘﺎﻻﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﺑﻪ اﻋﻤﺎل ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪي در ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﻫﯿﺪروژن و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﻪﻃﻮر اﺧﺘﺼﺎﺻﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ و اراﺋﻪ ﻣﺪل رﯾﺎﺿﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ دﻗﺖ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮي در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻣﺪلﺳﺎزيﻫﺎ ﺑﺮاي واﺣﺪﻫﺎي ﻣﺼﺮفﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻫﯿﺪروژن ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﻣﺪل اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺧﯿﺮ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﻣﺸﮑﻼت و ﻓﺮﺿﯿﺎت اﺷﺘﺒﺎه ﻣﺪلﻫﺎي ﻗﺒﻠﯽ در اﯾﻦ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ را ﻣﺮﺗﻔﻊ ﮐﺮده اﺳﺖ. در اﻧﺘﻬﺎ ﻧﯿﺰ ﭘﺲ از ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ و ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪﺳﺎزي ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﻫﯿﺪروژن ﭼﻨﺪﯾﻦ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ ﮐﻪ ﻃﯽ ﺳﺎلﻫﺎي اﺧﯿﺮ اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪه و ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎﺗﯽ ﻣﻔﯿﺪ و ﺑﺎارزﺷﯽ در ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﻫﯿﺪروژن ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ دﺳﺘﺎورد اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از اﺟﺮاي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺪل ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪﺳﺎزي، ﻋﺪم ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻫﯿﺪروژن واﺣﺪ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻫﯿﺪروژن ﻓﺎز ﯾﮏ ﭘﺎﻻﯾﺸﮕﺎه اﺳﺖ و ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺑﺮآوردﻫﺎي اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي، ﻣﯿﺰان ﺻﺮﻓﻪﺟﻮﯾﯽ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺷﺪن واﺣﺪ ﻣﺬﮐﻮر ﺑﯿﺶ از 2 ﻫﺰار ﻣﯿﻠﯿﺎرد رﯾﺎل در ﺳﺎل ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺑﻮد و ﺑﺪون ﺷﮏ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﺑﺰرگﺗﺮﯾﻦ دﺳﺘﺎوردﻫﺎي ﺻﻨﺎﯾﻊ ﭘﺎﻻﯾﺶ ﻧﻔﺖ ﮐﺸﻮرﻣﺎن ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ در ﺳﺎل ﮔﺬﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Hydrogen is a vital substance for refineries in order to respond to increasing demand for clean and standard transportation fuels. Intensifying environmental regularities has reduced demand for heavy fuel in the world and it is necessary to convert such heavy fuels to cleaner and lighter fuels. To do this, a huge amount of hydrogen is needed, also hydroprocessing of refining products is known valuable and economical for increasing the quality and quantity of products makes Hydrogen Management in all refineries a matter of importance.
The goal of this study is optimization of Imam Khomeini refinery hydrogen network. In this research at first, we have a review on previous record of hydrogen management in the refineries of the world. Then we proceed to the modeling and optimization of hydrogen Networks of Shazand refinery. Hydrogen network is presented in this research has high accuracy than other previous modeling because of new parameter definition in new model. After model execution, with change operation parameters at hydrogen network, one of the best result is no need for production hydrogen unit at phase one of Shazand refinery. Therefore based on economical estimation, cost and energy saving will be more than 2000 billion Rials at every year. Undoubted run this research at last year is one of the greatest achievement in oil refinery industry of Iran.
