An Investigation on the Effects of Using Sustainable Supply Chain Management on the Competitive Advantage

سند چشم‌انداز بتن 1404 يكي از اسناد رسمي كشور است كه بخشي از آن شامل وظايف توليدكنندگان سيمان مي‌باشد. سازمان مورد مطالعه در اين پژوهش، شركت سيمان تهران است كه از مهم‌ترين توليدكنندگان سيمان است. روش پژوهش توصيفي-پيمايشي و جامعه آماري به دو دسته كارشناسان و خبرگان صنعت تفكيك شدند. از طريق روش سلسله مراتب تحليلي (AHP)، اهميت نسبي استراتژي‌هاي شركت بر اساس اهداف سند چشم‌انداز تعيين شد. نرخ ناسازگاري در بخش‌هاي مختلف اين پرسشنامه كمتر از 1/0 و قابل قبول بود. در مرحله دوم پرسشنامه ارزيابي وضعيت استراتژي‌هاي شركت سيمان تهران از مناظر هدف‌گذاري، اجرا و ارزيابي با استفاده از طيف ليكرت پنج گزينه‌اي تهيه شد و در ميان 70نفر از كارشناسان مسئول و آگاه در شركت مورد مطالعه توزيع گرديد. اين جامعه آماري به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي و بر اساس فرمول كوكران، انتخاب شدند. به‌كمك نرم‌افزار SPSS، ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ اين پرسشنامه 931/0 (قابل قبول) تعيين شد. نتايج اين مطالعه كاربردي نشان مي‌دهد كه بر اساس نظرسنجي انجام گرفته در شركت سيمان تهران، معيار هدف‌گذاري داراي كم‌ترين شكاف و ارزيابي بيش‌ترين شكاف را دارد. شكاف استراتژيك در اين شركت براي ارتقاء سطح دانش سازماني، بهينه‌سازي سبد تكنولوژي، ارتقاء بهره‌وري و توسعه سرمايه‌هاي انساني داراي بيشترين شكاف بود.

Over the last few years, the emergence of new technologies and the enormous changes in global markets have made supply chain management increasingly essential, supply chain of agents and organizations ranging from product (service) to end-use and even open cycle. The purpose of this study is to investigate the enabling effects of using sustainable supply chain management and its impact on the competitive advantage of Iranian companies. The statistical population of this study consists of managers and employees of small and medium-sized companies located in industrial estates of Tehran province. Data collection tool was a questionnaire. To assess the validity of the questionnaire, divergent validity, convergent validity, and LISLER are used. Cronbach's alpha test is also used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire, which is higher than 0.79 for each of the variables, indicating that the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed. The findings indicate that enabling the use of sustainable supply chain management has a significant impact on the competitive advantage of Iranian companies. Given that the variables of the research findings indicate that the enablers of using sustainable supply chain management and its impact on the competitive advantage of Iranian companies have a significant impact, we can use the different approaches presented in the proposals.
